What a great experience! The house had a 20 year old tile that was cracked and carpet I was replacing. They went out of their way to talk to their tile contacts to see if we could get a close enough match to repair some tiles rather than replace it. In the end I decided it was best to just do the entire house the same floor and it is beautiful floor at a very competitive price!

Recently had the pleasure of doing business with John. He was very helpful in educating me on the different kinds of flooring and guiding me to what I needed. The install came out beautiful. My parents also ended up getting flooring done by them and they are equally pleased. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Central Floor Supply and would strongly recommend working with them for flooring. Everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly, and communicated all aspects of the process very well. James Johnson oversaw the process for us, answered a billion of my questions patiently, Antonio, who was very friendly, came out and measured the home, and another Antonio and crew installed the flooring. James encouraged us to take various samples home, use the website to picture flooring in our home, and helped find the best flooring for our needs. Antonio and his crew told us the floor would be installed in 2 days, and when we came home after the first day, it was complete! Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with how things turned out and with them exceeding our expectation in so many way. We feel like we have a new home! Thank you to the team at Central Floor Supply!!!

Absolutely recommend! We looked at so many flooring options from big box stores, wholesale stores, flooring liquidators, chain stores and we landed with Central Floor Supply because it has the best flooring supply and the best prices. We wanted the best prices/quality, but we believe we had an amazing experience and product because they are a small local business and they cared about making customers happy and could be flexible. We went with WPC flooring bc it was best quality and we were surprised we had not heard about WPC from the stores we browsed. I was impressed they let us take the large flooring display with us to have a big sample to determine what flooring would look best in our area. Customer Service is exceptional and even enjoyable, staff is funny, they took some of the stress out of a large purchase. The owner was patient and light heartedly informative dealing with our 100 questions and uncertainties and responded quickly every time we reached out. They don't upsale, we didn't want to be stuck with a flooring we hated. The owner James was honest about what products would not fit our needs. James had remarkable experience and provided us with DIY installation tips. His team came on site to take measurements and ensure we had the right quantity. We truly were delighted and impressed with all aspects of how they do business and the quality flooring and asked them for recommendation for on counters and tile and were happy to know they are now providing those options. They connected us wOith their counter top distributors in LA and Sacramento to be able to see the counters in large display he arranged the sale and delivery.

Owner James helped me pick out a color of carpet that matched existing carpet in my house. He quoted a fair price that included treating the cement where there were pet stains. The carpet was ordered and installed within the timeframe quoted. Very satisfied with the whole experience!

I just completed having hardwood flooring installed throughout my house and I absolutely love them. The owner James told me it would be a three day job from tearing out existing flooring to laying new and it was completed start to finish in two days! The crew was very prompt, worked tirelessly and cleaned up as they went… I can’t say enough positives about James and the crew! Very professional, courteous, and helpful! I would highly recommend them! Their craftsmanship is exemplary.”

Where do I begin? There needs to be a 10 star rating because Central Floorings customer service is beyond five stars! From the start to the very end of this project we had great communication and support from this team. They were kind and patient as we sampled different flooring until we finally decided on the perfect look for our home. Other flooring locations were telling us it would be 3+ months out until they would have the material delivered. Central Flooring had ours delivered within a week! When it came to installation, the team took care of the demo, clean up, installation, and disposal. The day of installation the team arrived at the time scheduled and did a fantastic job. Nothing damaged, misplaced or missing after the job was complete. I HIGHLY recommend Central Flooring.
