Wow, the lady who answered the phone needs to take a course on proper etiquette on speaking to someone who just lost a loved one. She has no empathy or knowledge on how to show one ounce of sorrow. Maybe you should rethink of using her as the voice to a “charitable” organization.

The day before Thanks giving are water pump and propane gave out needed a jaket and food . All i reieved was 2 12oz water 2 cans tuna and cracker s thank God i did not need to blessed like them.

They give out food .. but they also have a thrift store with cheap furniture..you can get/use vouchers for clothes here
