I had no idea there was a UPS access drop off location near me when I googled. This was my first time returning anything so was worried I wasn't going to process correctly. Joe explained to me how to and helped me with making sure I put correct label and taped it all up for me. Very friendly he and other lady there working that morning. I left feeling at peace knowing Joe assisted me and everything handled properly and professionally. I will for sure recommend people I know this way. Thank you Joe ?

Terrible experience with ups pickup. Someone is trying to steal my package and nobody gives you the same answer. Do yourself a favor and never order anything that’s delivered via ups. Your going to be upset, confused and have your time wasted. I was 40 mins late for work trying to hunt down who actually had my package and I still don’t have it! I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid both of these companies. Very shady business!!!

Carquest came in clutch when the dealership wanted an arm and a leg to replace the cabin air filter. I decided to do it myself instead and save some money. They got me what I needed and I saved some dough. It was a win, win.
