“Rented a premium car and at time of pick up it was not available. Not to worry they immediately put me in a luxury midsize SUV which happens to be brand new. The upgrade was for the same cost as the premium . To make things better their customer service was above and beyond. Was just simple and seamless process with positive and welcoming staff and both pick up and also return. This was at the Fresno Yosemite Airport. Thanks again!!”

“First time “RVer”. Not a clue on what was needed to tow an RV trailer and camp in Yosemite. Jeanne (front office) and Dave (owner) set my daughter and I up like we were their family. This included arrangements for a Sunday trailer pick up at Dave’s house as the shop is closed on weekends.
Once on site, we did have some questions and Dave responded immediately. The RV worked perfectly for us and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Can’t say enough about how great this shop is. They truly cared about us and our experience.”

First car had some issues with it so I was upgraded at no extra charge.
Left a pair of $500 headphones in the rental after I dropped it off. After notifying Avis Dan, the manager, was able to get my headphones shipped back to me within a few days. A person could have easily stole them and claimed they were not there but they displayed integrity.
They can get very busy and low on vehicles so be prepared to wait if you get off on a big flight and or rush to get in line first.”

“Landed in LAX and hertz texted me to check in. I used their app and after clearing customs, they texted me my vehicle was ready. In as little as 5 mins they assigned me a brand new 2025 blazer with only 300 miles on the dash!! Couldn’t be any happier and the ride was efficient, comfortable and met our family needs. Will be back again and again! Turning in vehicle in Fresno Airport was a smooth process. Thanks Hertz”

“I just had a really nice week and a vacation trip to the beach with my family. We wanted to travel all together, so we had to rent a larger car to accommodate family members coming in from out of town. Thrifty made our experience easy and simple. The car was new, clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up just as I had hoped when I reserved it a few weeks before online. And It worked great, was comfortable, and met our varied needs pretty well. Returning the car was also a breeze. I no sooner had pulled into the return bay, than an attendant met me. I gave her the key, and was immediately on my way; no returning to the desk for paperwork or signatures or anything! Very slick. I’d recommend Thrifty to anyone who values efficiency in service.”
