“Ty was very helpful and professional. While I was completing an online information request for details omitted from insurance company when they set up the rental, Ty called me. We completed the information over the phone. I informed Ty of vehicle requirements and when my vehicle was going in for repairs. On the day of pickup, Ty verified my information and showed me to a vehicle they actually held for our consideration of vehicle requirements. I was assured if my wife had any difficulty getting in or out of vehicle to get to post op therapy, that he'd be happy to replace it with something different. It turned out to be just right. Everything aspect of the rental process, the rental, and the return were exemplary. I'd recommend Enterprise and this store in particular to others looking for a rental.”
“I had been stressing looking for a car for a couple of months and then a good friend of mine talked to me about Dion and to give him a call. That was the best decision I ever made. Dion made me feel comfortable when speaking to him, answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and the best options in my situation. Just when I thought buying a car would be another headache due to my credit, Dion called me with great news, got me the car I needed and wanted, low interest rate with no money down, made this woman a happy camper! The process was easy, Dion took care of it all. I went to pick up my car, was greeted by Dwayne from The Car Guys and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. “I just want to give Sonya a massive shoutout and thank you for helping me get my reservation handled after my third-party booking agency dropped the ball and couldn't confirm my credit card on file. Sonya called her manager after the third-party renter was unable to make the changes on their end.
Since I can't rate Sonya through a feedback form from Alamo bcuz of the 3rd party rental I want to make sure she's recognized here.
The car itself was also spotless when I got it, matched the description of my rental (Nissan Rogue/mid-size SUV) and was an incredibly smooth ride through Yosemite, Sequoia, and King's Canyon National Parks. It was a pleasure renting from Alamo and they will likely be my choice in the future due to the great customer service and car I received.”

I have just driven off in a Nissan Altima from Hertz. Bruce was the gentleman who provided me with great customer service. I was in and out quickly and without hassle. We looked over the car, and everything checked out.
I will update this review when I return the car to another location and after the contract has been settled.
In the meantime, everything is 100%

“I flew into Fresno last Tuesday. There was a bit of a line. I was very happy with the service I received. They had a great selection of cars, even considering it was a one way rental. No complaints. I would recommend this Avis location.”

“Thrifty has treated me exceptionally well. I've been renting weekly for over 2 1/2 mos. Sometimes there's not a big variety but other times there are. They always have a car for you tho. I do gotta say I wish they would pay more attention to the windows. Every car I've rented has hazy inside windows & dried water spots on the outside. You can tell the water spots become perm. Also the bugs don't get washed off all the way. I thought I should say something. But GREAT customer service. Quick & friendly. Helpful when something arises to get you in your car & going.”
