I figured it was time for an update. Caltronics is fantastic (and has remained this way for many years). All of the technicians do a thorough job and either calling, emailing or logging into their portal makes service calls a breeze. We use them at the office and we are more than happy. Anthony Elliott does a great job checking in and suggestion machines that will meet our needs. Since the upgrade we have been running perfectly. I highly recommend them over anyone else; they leave the competition in the dust based on customer service and promptness alone.

Caltronics is the best office equipment and software company that I deal with. The Konica Minolta Bizhub that I use is over 5 years old and still works well. The Kofax PDF Pro software that I have for my PDF’s is really easy to use. They have awesome service techs, great sales engineers and an amazing sales staff!

Received a solicitation call from this company today - July 29, 2020 at 12:15pm. The man I spoke with seemed to be fishing for information so I explained to him I wanted to be removed from their solicitation list, he said no he would not be removing us and then he proceeded to hang up on me.I am currently in the process of dealing with the BBB regarding this company as my first course of action and will proceed with other courses of action. Please beware of this company and their aggressive solicitation practices.

A++++ for Caltronics for servicing all our printer/copier. Anthony Elliott is a great Sales Rep. Very satisfied overall with all the excellent communication and fast responses. Anytime we have an issue with our copiers, the techs comes out right away. Wouldn't take our business anywhere else. We have been a loyal customer to Caltronics since 2001, and will continue to do so. Thank You Anthony. :)
