Still bad service. From the accounting department under Kimberly Gilpin. According to this department the customer is always wrong.I worked with this company for 7 years through a school district. I saved this company thousands of dollars due to errors in the accounting department. They think that since they are a trust that they do not have to give adequate notice when they increasing your premium. The best customer service I had was when Amber D. was there. Sadly they lost her to a company in Oregon.CVT needs to wake up. It's time to give Kimberly the boot and bring someone in that knows how to run the department.

They lie about premiums that go up $100+ yearly. Avoid!

In 2016 when I retired form a 33 year career of public teaching I had the choice to continue my health insurance coverage with CVT as a self paid retiree or use one of two ObamaCare providers. I had a few questions, so I phoned each of the latter and was on hold for a solid 30 minutes before I ended the call.

Horrible company the worst customer service. Especially Kymberly Gilpil. They make promoses they dont keep and give false information just to save money. Litterally the worst experience with an insurance company I have ever had.
