Amy and her team are some of the most dedicated people I've ever met anywhere. They work around the clock to make sure your issues are handled in a timely manner, always going above and beyond to both assist and make sure we have a pleasant experience despite some not-so-pleasant and tedious situations. They make sure your policy is written correctly and are lightning fast with any documents we've ever requested, additionally having zero issues with contacting any company necessary personally to follow through and make sure we are taken care of. We have been with Cal-Valley Insurance for somewhere around 40 years, I believe. We've been extremely well taken care of by our longtime broker Gail Salazar. She is very knowledgeable and recently shopped for us and got a really good price on 3 Teenagers' car insurance. We appreciate her great service.

When through an oversight several of my business and personal insurance policies lapsed, Michael Golden provided excellent service and quickly had my account reinstated with one company and was able to have similar coverages and premiums to replace my other policies with another company. My long-time relationship with Michael certainly helped in making all of that possible! I strongly recommend that if you are reading this, you need to create a long-term relationship with someone like Michael at Cal-Valley where the customer service is A++!

I have had business dealings with quite a few insurance companies in various industries for everything from claims to warranty. I can confidently say that Cal-Valley is the top of the list for hands-on customer centered focus. Every person within this company takes pride in the work they do and it shows. I have never had any problems with getting anyone on the phone and every interaction I have ever had has been beyond courteous, with the utmost care to ensuring that any and all questions I had was answered. SCAMMERS TOOK 10k for 2 months of insurance When I try to get my refund I was told that they needed me to cancel my CA AND MY DOT, to don't make this long they wanted me to pay them more instead of giving me my refund. I was told the if I didn't pay them they were going to sent me to collection, which I said f*** it do it, you guys won't get any more money from me. And here we are few months later no refund no collection, nothing. GOT ROBBED BY CAL-VALLEY INSURANCE, Stay away from this people and place.
