We had a great time at CW ceramics! There is something there for all skill levels. We went there for their “Happy Hour” and were immediately impressed by the amount of ceramics to choose from and how nice everyone there was. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow to finish our piece (for no extra cost!)!

Cindy, the owner has no skills in communicating with customers. If you need something you better call beforehand because the doors are locked. We went to "date night"" which dinner is included. Was the worst enchiladas of my life.

Visited the studio on two visits to Ca. on vacation. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Vast selections of items of various price ranges, Friendly service with as much help as I needed with my projects. Attended a Diva Nite and had great meal and lots of laughs and good fun along with finishing my project, Economical entertainment and creative pastime, Will visit again on next trip with my friends,,

Fresno’s best kept secret. The only place where you are charged one price for everything. Small studio, great people and fun events. They do ask for you to make an appointment to visit but it does help to keep the insanity down to a minimum

My daughter and son had a great experience. My son received his item..my daughter is another story. Her item was lost..for several weeks. She called asking about it and didnt get an answer. Later she was told it was given to another customer. Then told it was brought back..with paint chipping. She was told she can repaint it and do another firing..REALLY. This is how you handle it. Now her experience is bad..not only was it given to another person..but now you say to repaint it. Not offer another item. But repaint the old 1. The 1 you allowed to be damaged. There was a name on it..a phone number and it was given to the wrong person. She paid for an experience. She paid for the item she put her heart and soul into. All you do is say repaint it. What great customer service.

My daughter and son went with an enjoyable experience. Later it turned out a bad 1 for my daughter. Her item was lost..then told another person took it by accident. Before this..she called several times with no response. The final disappointed moment was when they said it was returned but needed a touch up painting and another firing. REALLY..this is how you handle it. A touch up..not even a new one. The old one that someone messed up. The old one that was first lost..then realised it was given to the wrong CUSTOMER. A person who PAID for an experience..a person who went a paid money for an item they put their heart and soul into. And all you can do is offer a touch up and a new firing. Best customer service ever.

I used CW ceramics to complete several projects that my mother had not completed prior to her passing. They were great about firing time they gave me a good deal on the price. However I was in Bakersfield and they're in Fresno. It took some doing a little bit of room and a delay game but when the women was driving through Bakersfield on her way to Los Angeles. I want to doa Christmas tree for a friend of mine. When I sat down I felt like I was in Shirley Binkis basement.That's the person mom , her sister and niece would go for classes. Very friendly very easy going and filled with lots of love ?

Such an affordable studio. No studio fees, once you pick and pay for your project you don’t have to finish it in one sitting. There are no additional studio fees to come back and finish your project, no matter how long that takes. Cindy (owner) is awesome and so are her Duncan-certified staff (when available).
The people that paint there and the staff are very approachable and kind, even if you are a total newbie with questionable artistic talent (that would be me). Painting at the studio is very therapeutic, and as Cindy has thousands of molds, you can find just the perfect project for you!!!
I cannot recommend enough! Diva Nights and Date Nights are extra special, check them out!!!

I have visited this place on two different occasions once for diva night with a friend of mine and another time with my daughter it’s great time spending time together and creating fun things. The owner is very friendly, very helpful and loves teaching. I will be returning.

I would not recommend CW ceramics. I wanted to support a local business in town and ultimately saw an advertisement for their establishment on facebook featuring a Christmas ornament making event. The event was scheduled for November 12, 2022. I came with my daughter and we enjoyed ourselves. I was notified about the firing process timeframe but was informed I would be contacted within a week to come back and paint the ornaments. I wrote down my name and contact information. Exactly three weeks went by with no contact; therefore, I called them and was placed on hold for a prolonged period of time. After being on hold I was notified my listed items had been sitting there for a period of time; however, when the lady listed the items, the items were not my items. I was placed on another hold. The lady came back on the phone line and advised she had found my items. I questioned why I was not notified and she told me they did not have my number even though I provided it, I was also given some excuse about this establishment being a small business. I scheduled an appointment to paint the items. I came back with my family and painted our items. I was told I would be contacted within a week to pick up the items once the items were dried and fired. I wrote my name and phone number again. A little over two weeks went by and I never received a call back, so I called. I again was placed on hold for a prolonged period of time and was notified that my items were misplaced. The same lady gave me the same excuse saying she was the sole owner and it was a small business. She advised me she would call me back. I never received a call back. I had to once again call them back and was notified my items were located and I could pick them up. When I came to pick up the items, I was informed my items could not be located so I demanded to have a refund then she questioned whether I had even paid, which I had documented proof of my payment. My items were magically later found. I also found two sheets of paper containing my contact information taped on the ornaments despite them saying the reason I was not initially contacted was because they did not have my number. I got my Christmas ornaments two days before Christmas despite the event starting November 12, 2022. This place is extremely disorganized and the lack of regard for some of their customers is appalling.

Professional, Fun environment with affordable prices, no hidden cost and great people! Lots of items to choose from to paint, starting at 5 dollars. Special events include diva nights, special classes with helpful instructors. Woman and veteran owned so support local artist!

This a woman veteran owned business. My friend held her birthday of 6 grown women here. We had a great time. There were 100s of items to choose from at reasonable prices. The owners helped us as needed. Supplies were neat and accessible. My only complaint is that the studio is small - 2 6-seat tables. Overall a great experience.

The prices are great, the customer service is great, and it's so fun! It's much more affordable then color me min and there's a sense of friendship when you walk in. I've only been once but I am eager to get back asap
