The female car wash attendant looked absolutely miserable. As I was entering the car wash she literally held up her hand for me to stop and gave me a dirty look. She did not smile one time even when I smiled at her. I hope she was just having a bad day. She was so rude!I will pray for her. I then decided to go in and speak with the manager, which I never do. I think I'm in the twilight zone because as I walked in, he was being rude to the customer in front of me! So now I get it. I will never go back! Unbelievable!

First time using bubble clean car wash inside chevron gas station & their credit card reader failed to read my card & although I pressed help button it took about 5 minutes for the attendant to come out even though there are no cars in the bay & when he tried to swipe my card multiple times, still it wouldn't work. So he ended up taking it inside gas station cashier & made a purchase manually. if you only carry 1 credit card just be prepared that it might take some time for someone to help you & complete your transaction.

Car washes are probably satisfactory. What is highly dissatisfying is the noise pollution that makes it extremely difficult for me to do business with their neighbor.

Go to red carpet instead of here because they wont admit to paint damage even though the attendants seen it happen. Steve is the manager here who loses paperwork and automatically denies any claims even though he knows nothing of the vehicle your in. They have no working cameras to prove their point according to Tom who is his manager . They will never call back until you bug the office and get their attention. This is a joke of a company.

Vacuums don't work. I was late to work asked one of the guys working in car wash and he was roof about it.

Walked up to the counter to pay for gas. The two attendants didn't bother to acknowledge me. Instead of extending a simple greeting I was met with prolonged stares. I decided to break the ice with a, "Good afternoon". Suffice it to say I was left wondering; why did I have to greet them and not the other way around? Welcome to the Central Valley.

Hands down the best experience I have had at a car wash, AGAIN! These guys give exceptional customer service and pay attention to detail. I have brought 2 cars for a detail and will now continue to come back for washes. All around Great place!
