Had a good experience for my 1st time coming into the store un until the cashier time. Dylan took a look at me and my husband and says “he be right back” started helping other customers. 4 minutes goes by and he looks at us and starts talking to an employee and never comes back. A 2nd lady comes back to the cashier and says has anyone helped u. By far worst 1st experience at Boot Barn.
