The service is terrible, you loose your voice messages,or some times you don't get your voice messages and the staff don't know how to fix it I asked for a manager the girl that helped me lied she said she doesn't know who is the manager, when I asked her who does she report to when she is sick and can't make it to work she said to her coworkers what a bunch of bologna. Terrible I lost very important voice messages.

For the first time, I grabbed a line there and grabbed an affordable cell phone for my son, but when the cell phone was in my house, the internet didn't work. I communicated everywhere and they just told me that the internet signal didn't reach where I live. The obsession was to return the cell phone, I paid 130 dollars for everything and of that money they only returned 49 to me. It makes me angry because they take advantage of it... and that I bought that phone on October 24 and returned it on October 25, I didn't use it, I lost my money... They removed the original receipts….

I was gonna switch carriers from Xfinity to Boost so I can upgrade my iPhone When I called to double check prices I was quoted $164.00 out the door when I showed up the next day the man tried to charge me $274.00 talking about its an extra deposit. I called other location's and they knew nothing about extra deposit. So don't go to the boost on Blackstone and Barstow ave their Address 5408 N Blackstone Ave

This was the most helpful and terrific experience that I have ever had as a customer. Sophia made sure to get my Comcast operating and went well above and beyond her job to see that things were done properly. I highly recommend this location far superior than any other locations and if there is anything needed that this location has i highly suggest going here to get it. Sophia is the best
