The store is well kept and organized. Huge selection of all sorts of games and collectibles. My only two issues were pokemon cards were priced highly even on sets that were old and tend to be way cheaper elsewhere. The second issue was I asked a employee if they had a certain funko and waited about 15 before deciding it wasn't worth the time I was waiting and just left the store.

Very cool store with a lot of different console offerings. I specifically went there looking for Nintendo Wii games and they had a decent selection. Most were reasonably priced but a few items were a little high. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I'm not a video game player, so I can not speak to their main purpose (although they do seem to have a tremendous variety of things featuring those androgynous Asian cartoon characters). But this is a great Amazon pickup location. There's never a difficulty with my package and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I came here about a month ago and I loved it, they had everything that made my childhood great, I felt like a kid again! I ended up buying fatal frame 2 for my ps2 and the customer service was great. I was greeted upon entering and even had a chat with the cashier about the fatal frame series. I don't live close to Fresno but I will definitely be coming here whenever I can!! Great business!

Went to trade items for cash and they low balled me by offering $40 dollars, but the item was worth $400 and brand new! And I waited 40min for the guy to tell his “boss” about the “items” Don’t come here to sell your items!!! Not worth the wait!!!!

I had never been to this location but blue shell had always treated me well so I came to visit this location. The store is clean and well kept. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Art. I had specifically left GameStop to buy Pokemon Violet. Their prices were about a dollar difference but the stores are night and day. Art helped me use a visa gift card (which I feel like most stores have problems with) and gave me a few tips and tricks about the game. His upbeat and positive attitude would bring me back any day!

Avoid trying to sell anything to this place. LOW BALLERS! Go to facebook marketplace or OfferUp. They tried to offer me $150 for a PS4 Pro with 2 controllers, platinum headset, 12 games and a cooling gaming stand. But they are selling a NORMAL PS4 for $300.

I initially gave a bad review because of an issue I had with a pd2 reading ps1 games but ever since then the owner Rick has personally reached out and made sure my issue was resolved. Everyone here was definitely friendly and helpful with my situation and I’m really glad how they handled this as well as the patience they had with me. Thank you!
