WORST Best Buy I have been to. The employees do NOT tend to customers nor follow through with what they say. I was left outside in 110 degree weather at curbside pickup simply waiting on tape and an employee to help me switch to delivery given that the item I purchased didn’t fit in my car. I didn’t want to leave the TV alone in fear it would be stolen while I went inside to seek out more employees. When I tried phoning the store, no one was able to help. I’d rather drive to the neighboring city’s store location than to come here again.

Came in to look at buying a new computer. I actually wanted some help, but nobody ever came by to see if I needed or wanted help. Compared to prior visits in the past... where every associate was asking if I needed help. Customer service has gone by the wayside.

Always beware of “brand new” items here at Best Buy
I recently bought the newest Apple Watch 45mm from this store since I bought one on eBay and was a fake ( Money Back Guarantee came in clutch). When I brought the one from Best Buy home, I realized that it was already opened since one of the pull tabs for the Apple Watch box was already removed and the watch band box was already opened. This was unacceptable and I went to return the watch since I expect a brand new item to be unopened. Then I went to the customer service desk to return and told them I was returning this item because they gave me an open box item for the price of a new one. The lady in front was giving me a harder than usual time since she didn’t believe they sold open box items and was asking when I bought the item when it said in the receipt. All in all, I lost trust in Best Buy after this experience. If you’re going to buy an apple watch from Best Buy, always try to open it when purchasing to make sure it’s not an open box.

literally my whole house is Best Buy. I would never go anywhere else because of the TOTAL TEC.
So now from tvs to washer and dryer to refrigerator and computers. No Warranty on anything. After moving i called to get my tvs reinstalled. I was told after the changes I ONLY HAD TO PAY $590,for tvs I bought at best buy. I don't ever see myself buying ANYTHING ELSE FROM BEST BUY. I can go next door to target and pay a quarter of what bb charges. I know it's a corporate world but damn...590 to mount a tv?? thanks bb for nothin!

The woman in appliances was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the wait. She was the only one working and therefore getting service took about 30 minutes wait.
