Customers report excellent and very helpful customer service from knowledgeable staff, with very little wait time sometimes. They offer services like product installation and helpful demonstrations. The store is great for ordering online and picking up in person. The main complaint is occasional long wait times due to limited staff. Overall, staff are very nice and quickly solve problems, making for a positive experience.
