The price was good, but not worth the stress. I came here to get my wedding dress altered. I went to what was supposed to be my last fitting, and showed up only to be told that she had forgotten to finish working on my dress and it was not done. She told me to come back the following week and set a time and date for my new appointment. I showed up to the rescheduled appointment only for the door to be locked and she was gone. After calling her, she said she forgot about my appointment and was already home. So she rescheduled me for the following day. Then, she had accused me of not paying when I had already paid for my alterations in full, and she tried to double charge me the full price. After pulling up my bank statement I was able to prove to her that I did indeed already pay the full price. After all that, the dress was still too long and not the right length. Overall it was a bad and stressful experience. I would not recommend this place. You get what you pay for.

I can not say enough good things about Janset. She was like my fairy Godmother. As a full figured woman I had my doubts about even finding the perfect dress. When I did, the only thing missing were sleeves to add a little coverage and modesty. She understood exactly what I was wanting and crafted it with expertise and care. It took a little time, so I suggest if you have something a little more complicated start early. On top of her knowledge and ability as a seamstress, she was reasonably priced. She was a pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

She's amazing! I went in 1 month until my wedding with my wedding dress, worried because there needed to be major work done and she did it in 3 weeks! she did an amazing job and i would trust her with anything! also, the price was so good i felt comfortable leaving a decent tip! for a hem, bustle and major sleeve work, it was about $150. not bad at all for how much work it needed!

The best! My dress needed a lot of work - it was too tight and the cup size was too small for my 36DD chest. I was bulging out and it was not pretty. I went in 4 months before my wedding and she was able to add 1.5" on both sides and added 2" of material on the cups for less cleavage. We also added boning to keep me looking good the entire night. It fit perfectly the day of and I never had to readjust. She is so sweet and a hard worker. She also does bridesmaid alterations and even did my bridal shower dress. I will always recommend her, she knows what she's doing!

Easy decision to get my dress altered here. I just needed a hem and bustle and wasn't able to even get a quote from any other vendor without the bells and whistles of an appointment - I knew it was easy as an ask but other Fresno alteration spots made it complicated. Not here! From calling to each appointment, the experience at Best Bridal was calm, affordable and professional. For hem and bustle it was $135 ($75 for hem). If I needed more extensive alterations I would still come here as she has 50+ years of experience with wedding dresses and is so kind throughout. Easy to trust her with my dress!

Needed an alteration to my bridesmaid dress. Had such a great experience here. So sweet, so quick and such a good deal! The front of the dress was tricky because it was a wrap and some of the other girls brought their dresses in elsewhere and they were ruined. Not me though!!! She did such an amazing job and I loved how it turned out! Would definitely recommend!

I had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be let out and this woman was able to do what others said they couldn't. And fast! The service was easy to book, the outcome was fantastic and it was affordable. I'll never go anywhere else.

My dress was beautiful! She gave great suggestions on the bustle! She won a bustle contest and age recreated it on my dress. It came out beautifully. For the chest section, my skin tone and the seamless part was not cohesive due to different color bra padding. She suggested a padding closer to my skin tone. This really helped! It was one of the reasons I was hesitant to get my dress in the first place but she made it come together. Her pricing is so affordable! I had called other businesses and was so discouraged- some places quotes me about 4x her price. Her work and rapport with others is amazing. She is very sweet and kind and will ask you questions to clarify and make sure she understands your vision. Thank you so much!

Janet is an amazing and kind person! I had a week to find someone to alter my prom dress and she was able to get it done in days. She has 50 years of experience so obviously it came out perfect! Just tell her what you need done and she will be able to do it. The pricing was also really good and definitely reasonable. Not expensive at all especially for what I was asking for. I definitely recommend going here!

Very unhappy with the service! I trusted that my alterations were done. I put on the dress the day of the wedding and it was way too long. I was so uncomfortable the whole time… I was stepping on the dress the entire time. I ended up changing outfits because I was too uncomfortable. No alterations were made to my dress. I am wearing 3” heels in this photo… you can see how much my dress sits on the floor.

Jancet did amazing with my dress!! I had to get several alterations on the one dress because my hips are a size 10, mid 6, top 4. So I needed several adjustments. She totally heard what I wanted and did exactly what I hoped for. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!!
