The Sells girl or I should say women was so incredibly rude. As soon as she opened the door, I'm glad my daughter didn't decide on a dress from here because with customer service like that I wouldn't support.

They literally Ignore me so I left on top of that I drove all the way from Selma just to go to their store not going back ever again.

They were very rude. I was there for a quince dress for my daughter. They didn’t give me a chance to explain what I needed they said they were too busy with prom clientele that I could just call them some other day. So I ended up going to a different place whom were a lot more busier and we still got the attention we needed and I ended up purchasing a dress for $1200 and very happy with their service so they missed out on my purchase.

Very poor experience. Only has one catalog and when my sister was looking at it the older lady came by and took the catalog to give to another customer.

They were very very rude, my sister needed help finding a dress for my wedding. she made an apt to try on dresses that would fit her body type and they were extremely dismissive and not helpful at all.

Walked in looking for a dress and was told they don't have a dress for me. There was no one else in the shop but 2 staff members, maybe the owner. The shop was completely empty and this was a weekday after 4pm, but they didn't want to even talk to me. Completely rude.

I went in to this store after not finding anything at David’s Bridal and I immediately found my wedding dress here! Beatriz helped me out she was very friendly and so helpful with all the small alterations. She made sure I was happy with every detail. Thank you!!

Since the moment we walked it they greeted us and assisted us. They helped us choose out from different styles and color dresses. They made sure we were satisfied with the dress. Overall great experience! Beatriz was such an amazing help. Definitely recommend.

First time coming to this store and loved it. They have so many dresses to chose from. Beatriz was very nice and a lot of help. She helped us pick out the perfect dress for my daughters sweet 16. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time coming into this store after a recommendation from a friend. With COVID there arent a lot to choose from for prom dresses. We walked into this place and gave them an idea of what we were looking for and the lady found us the perfect dress on the first try!!! I was amazed after going to about 5 different stores! Will come back for the next occasion. Very customer friendly!
