this place sucks!!!!Very rude very disrespectful very awful. My grandmother didn't want to buy a bedroom set and these people berated her in front of a crowd and told her they were talking her to court and telling her she was a bad person, keep in mind my grandma is nearing 70 years old, its common sense to respect your elders and evidently these people dont know how to respect their elders because they disrespected my grandmother so awfully and threatened her. If i could give this place zero stars I would!!!!! These people are terrible

Absolutely horrifying customer service. In order for you to hire these people you must literally be like them in my opinion I walked up with my two-year-old on my shoulder as I had just dropped off my kid and stopped at this estate sale. I saw a I saw an item I wanted and wanted to test it out. When I saw employee I asked how I could do that and he looked at me and said plug it in and walked away. There was no outlet near so I had to haul that thing and plug it in then when I went up to pay for the item I asked them how do you come up with a price for the items. The man looked at me and said I grab a piece of tape and a pencil, and I write it. I mentioned I looked online and was trying to find a comparison or reviews on the item, he said I have 30 years experience, and I just know so essentially just makes up the price. then another gentleman comes up with a cup that is made out of tin dented and the lady next to the god awful man who was rude told him it was two dollars the gentleman asked will you let it go for one and she said I'd rather throw it away then sell it to you for one dollar. He politely said I'm just trying to bargain it's a yard sale. She then said there's no way I'm selling you that cup for $1. Incredibly rude the man paid for the two dollar cup then let them know they were incredibly rude to him and the owners excuse as to why he can be rude is because he has 30 years experience. That is a disgusting excuse to use to be unkind and rude to someone it's an example of failed parenting. Please consider how a company you hire will treat people as a man was walking away. I made sure the lady also heard that they were incredibly rude. Both gentlemen were disgusting. I have never seen such behavior in my life literally cannot believe a company can be so disgusting with strangers that have done absolutely nothing to receive, such disrespect I was already paying but if I ever see this company again, no matter how good the sale might be I will never spend my dollar in this company. The only only only person who was kind and actually spoke to me as a human being with respect was a gentleman named Mike. He saw me struggling and even helped me load my item to my car. He was very sweet and honestly don't even know what he's doing there with those people.

Jeff Stevens and his crew were knowledgeable, thoughtful, communicative, enthusiastic about the sale, hard-working and a thorough pleasure to work with. They were the right fit for our unique estate and managed to find buyers for a few hard-to-sell objects, as well as uncover and highlight a few buried treasures. For a task I had been dreading, I actually enjoyed myself.

I am highly disappointed in this business. I first started following and purchasing from them in 2019 and continued because they were friendly and fair priced. I told my family members and friends about them as well. However today I left scared and startled. My phone had been acting up this morning and it wouldn't turn on and I wasn't sure how much money I had in my checking acct and would probably need to transfer money from my savings, but I didn't know. We put a few items on hold like plates and knives, nothing too crazy- probably $20 at most on the holding table. I was with my 10 year old son. So I went to get my car and pick up my son so I could pick up another card to pay, we literally lived down the street and when my son got in the car I was driving off when there was this loud and hard thumping on my window. It literally scared the sh** out of us. I was like off what happened? It was the tall guy who apparently thought it would be ok to harass us by asking us if we were going to tell him we were leaving and looked so pissed off saying you weren't even going to tell us if you were coming back or how long we should hold onto your stuff for. I explained my situation and he took off all pissed off. My phone still wasn't working and I felt it was a common courtesy to let them know I wasn't going to take the stuff because of my situation. But to be honest, with that approach and the guy banging on my car window, I'll never be back to their estate sales and unsubscribing to their emails. He scared not just me but my 10 year old son who was in the car .. super inappropriate and bad business! Highly disappointed!!! I was a loyal customer too for all these years. Never again.

My parent's estate filled a 7,000 square foot home with antiques and very ornate and unique pieces of furniture. I knew we had a huge task in front of us and was concerned if everything could sell in just two days. Jeff and his crew were absolutely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and it all culminated in what I would call a perfect estate sale. I know this was one of the largest sales they have ever done and if I could give them six stars I would.

I am from out of state and had to deal with the belongings in my dad’s home. I spent 4 full days clearing things from my dad’s home, and was barely making a dent with all the stuff that was in the house. I was totally overwhelmed with the task of dealing with my dad’s home. I decided I needed help and called Beethoven Estate Liquidators. I called and spoke with Jeff and explained my situation. He made an appointment to meet me at my dad’s house the next day. Jeff explained the whole estate sale process to me. He was very straight forward about the cost and what his company would do. He told me that I didn’t have to worry about one thing. Jeff was true to his word about everything that we discussed. Jeff and his crew came the day before the estate sale to set things up. They did a fabulous job making my dad’s house ready for the sale, and this was a huge task. It has been over thirty years since my dad’s house looked so orderly. The estate sale lasted one day, and my family and I were very happy with the results. For the things that didn’t sell, Jeff made arrangements to have all the remaining items cleared from the house. Jeff and his crew far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this company for your estate sale.

Beethoven's Estate Liquidators and Jeff are TOP NOTCH!! During this stressful time, Jeff put my mind at ease by his professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness! He explained how everything would go from beginning to end, and it went exactly like that, but even better. We had originally scheduled a two day sale, but by 1:30pm on the first day, we basically sold out, so the second day never happened. WOW!! He knows how to price things, and he's such a people person, that his salesmanship sold everything. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders! I made more money than I ever imagined. I highly recommend Jeff/Beethoven's Estate. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!!

Great Sales!! Great customer service from EVERY employee.. They are very respectful. I was there for a recent negative review and the lady was very disrespectful towards the workers..I didn’t see any elderly women running in fear...He was defending his hard worker.. I would of done the same.I go to these sales with my children and have not once felt scare or disrespected.. I would recommend them any day!Can’t wait for the next sale!! Keep up the good job!!

Me and my friend (females) were at the Summit Drive Estate Sale in Oakhurst today. Since it was the last day of sale and half off everything, we we're looking for good bargains. This tall medium guy was rude, grumpy, arrogant, unprofessional and almost pushed us away before we finished shopping. When asked for a price, he's very intimidating and gives lower deals to males. He singled both of us for no reason while being friendly and cordial with other customers. We love going to estate and garage sales. This was our first time we experienced this kind of behavior and treatment. We will never go back to their future sales
