Purchased a battery from this location, it lasted less than a year with normal day to day use. This battery was very expensive as well compared to a normal lead acid car battery. The location will not honor the warranty on the battery and their corporate office will not help as well. Beware and buy your batteries somewhere that will honor warranties like Walmart/Costco/wherever else. I will not be returning to this location and I used to go here for specialty batteries regularly.

I placed an order for a Tacoma battery on the website to be picked up at the W Shaw, Fresno store. A store employee called my cellphone and and left a message stating that the battery was not in stock and my order was cancelled. No offer of a suitable in stock replacement or any other information.
Now that is some weak service. I have been buying batteries from this store since the early 2000s. Looks like is time to more over to Interstate batteries.
If I was the store owner that employee would be looking for another job.

The manager at this location is trash he will make sure you know he is the manager thinks he is way above you. Go to clovis location they will treat you like a human not like trash.

The guy must’ve been new because he put the wrong size battery in my watch. I took it to the other location out in Clovis and Ashley fixed the problem. But I had to backtrack all the way down to West Shaw to get my refund.
