Wonderful service today! Yesterday I received the buy 3 get 1 one free and today I noticed there was a 3 for 3. The associate was kind enough to retrieve the extra 2 items and complete the transaction.

They have decent cheap cologne and stress relieving candles, but the sad part was that I wasn’t greeted at all while we were doing our holiday shopping. The employees tend to ignore the male shoppers over there. I didn’t feel welcomed. I ask questions, they would walk away. Whenever my lady asks, they helped her out and made her feel welcomed. A very sexist store even if they sell both gendered products. It’s true what others say; it is a “profiling” store. I guess my money is no good here.

BBW fragrances are becoming so much more watered down than they used to be (my 10yr old FFM bottles I save for special occasions still outperforms the current ones) as well as the staying power for the majority of their fragrances, is becoming insulting to be honest. I loose all respect for businesses that purposely play games and assume we are too stupid to notice, especially when it comes to spending my money. What I mean by this, is, BBW knows that their brand is so popular that they can give us the lowest quality while increasing their prices because people will / want to continue to purchase to validate the need to be associated with the BBW Brand and / or to brag about having the latest products. I've started to buy fragrance oils online that matches at least one of the bottles fragrance notes and add the missing drops of oil that they are purposely eliminating or thinning out. So because BBW has forced me to enhance their products, I will only buy their products when they are at least 75% off! Think it's time for those of us who understand what I and many others are complaining about to find a new business to buy from. It's very clear that BBWs focus has shifted towards maximizing profits, skipping quality control and ignoring their customer's satisfaction. If they continue with the poor performing products it is because we, their customers, allow it to continue!

They don't like when you have a Return. Encountered a sullen, rude young lady who clearly was not happy about helping me. When I showed her my phone for the Order number or barcode, she took it out of my hand and then moved further away to another register when I asked for my phone back. You just don't do that. In other stores, an employee might ask if they can make the screen bigger or scroll down or whatever, but they ask first and they certainly don't take your phone and create distance. Some training on attitude and methods is in order.

I went in just trying to smell some nice candles with no hope, but I was approached by a worker asking what I was looking for. I've bought a specific candle before that I adored but since can't find. I told the worker, Sarah, this and she was so helpful, kind, and patient. She's been working there for awhile and told me how to look for something similar. She helped me find one close to what I was looking for and was genuinely happy for me when I found it. Shoutout to Sarah for being amazing!

Normally, when I come in, I have no issues, but today I felt like I was being rushed because the cashier Norma decided to do two people at once. I had questions I had to ask her about my transaction, and she kept going on to the next person and ignoring me. There were plenty of people on the floor that could’ve helped her ring people up. It’s just not OK to rush people through the transaction.
