It's a smaller location so they don't have a lot of option. The one girl was nice but she was coming on to strong with trying to get me to purchase stuff. NO MEANS NO. BUT THANKS FOR TRYING TO BE HELPFUL.

Passing by talking about body scents I really like with a friend, was recommended and showed EXACTLY what I looked by staff, no judgement because I’m trans!
The staff was incredibly amazing and helpful didn’t try upselling me on things I didn’t want and focused on what they heard from me that I did want! I walked out happy with my purchase and will be back to this exact location.

It has been some time since my last visit to a bath and body works establishment. However, I must say that the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during my recent visit. They not only took the time to demonstrate the product I had come to purchase, but also provided valuable suggestions for other products that might be of interest to me. As a result, I ended up discovering several additional products that I am very pleased with. I am grateful for the assistance, kindness, and patience that the staff demonstrated throughout my visit.

Save your time, do NOT order pickup from thislocation. It’s happen on several occasions that I place my order at 5-6A and they do not start picking it until 8-9p. By that time guess what? Everything is sold out! Riverpark is the best. Orders are ready within 2-3 hours.

If I could give no starts definitely would have! Understandable they have new associates but there is Managers on duty and should be able to double check their work to make sure order are correct! People shop online because they don’t have time to go into the store! Got a whole tester for my order like really it literally says TEST ME IN THE FRONT!

I have fond memories of shopping here and sampling the perfumes and candles. This is the closest location to west fresno, and can be found in fasion fair mall with is about 40min-1hr away by bus

Thank you BBW for adding a Hanukkah line, it's about time! Our family is so happy with the yummy 'Happy Hanukkah' (jelly donut scent), wallflowers, car fresher holder, and candle. Hoping to see soap next year in the same 'Happy Hanukkah' scent, as well as car fresheners and hand sanitizer! Thank you for the representation.
