From our first meeting with Barbara, the initial walk through of the home, the items to be in the sale, her experience and expertise made us feel so comfortable with the whole process. Her whole team was professional and knowledgeable. The Estate Sale went smoothly from start to finish, just as Barbara had discussed with us in beginning. I would definitely recommend Basements and Beyond Estate Sales. And will use them again if the need arises.

Basements & Beyond handled a recent estate sale for our family. Everything they did was 1st class and I would highly recommend them. They staged all the items well, they got a big crowd of buyers to the sale, they balanced pricing to maximize the proceeds but not leave us with lots of leftovers and when it was all over they were prompt in getting us an accounting and payment. Plus, honest and ethical. We were VERY happy that we chose them to do our sale.

Five stars for the company and Barbara & her family. Nice folks! Our favorite estate sale company in town. Usually their sales have nicer, high end stuff. We've gotten a lot of nice furniture and household items over the years. Zero stars for the (unknown) guy that loaded the super cute wrought iron bench I bought yesterday. He damaged the paint on my new Rav4 with one of the legs. I didn't watch him load it and didn't see it until we unloaded it at home. Not a happy camper that he didn't say anything & offer an apology. Anyone know a good auto body shop?!

Usually have good sales but unless you're one of the first 40 or 50 people in line don't expect to go in at the said starting time. They only allow a few in at a time. They really should put this in their ads.

Very nice and good people, really fixed up the Estate Sale so everyone could see all the Items. Would use again in the future.

Barbara at Basements and Beyond was wonderful. I couldn't do a traditional estate sale at the park where my mother's house was located and she did appointments and avoided the traffic a regular sale would have entailed. She still managed to sell most everything and made me quite a bit of money. She did it fast and cleaned up nicely when it was finished. I would recommend her and her business to anyone who has to liquidate a home. It is a lot of work and very stressful and Barbara took on so much of the stress for me. Thank you so much!!!!

Awesome people, and service. Their sales are normally higher end products most of the time.
