So I took in my dress I got from shien asked the lady if she can alter it. She told me she can fix it for my in laws wedding. I come back and my dress still isn’t fixed yet it fits good just not the back. She has great customer service she just doesn’t deliver when she says she does….

I was in need of a bridesmaid dress so I flipped through the magazine provided. I found a beautiful dress and relayed it to the owner so I was able to make my deposit. She asked me "did you find a dress" I said "yes, this satin one" she was extremely busy (had a line of customers out of the door) but our party had an appointment. She was trying to talk to me and my party while talking to the incoming customers. I placed a deposit for the dress and was not provided with any information. She was so distracted that she took awhile to take my payment. Finally the dress arrives and it's the wrong material. I decide to go through the refund process which she states it's non refundable. The owner begins to go back forth saying we did not discuss material when I tell her I mentioned I wanted to place my deposit for a satin dress. She refused to give me a refund and tried telling me to pick up a dress that was NOT the material of the wedding. I would not return to this business because she does not communicate with her customers. She is unable to properly manage multiple customers and provide the full accurate service and information.

I had all 4 of my prom dresses from here and they always tailored my dress perfectly!! I always had to order my dresses from their catalogs and they always showed my family and I the utmost kindness and respect especially on dresses that I really wanted but were way out of my price range, they were great at finding one similar and even better sometimes :)I’ll definitely be going back for my very special day sometime in the future!

I loved there service. I walked into there doors with a 2 month window to get my daughter and her friends there dresses and suites. I also was able to get her a Sombrerro within a short time. They were friendly and always answered any questions i had. I have 3 other girls and will definitely go back for there Quiencenera dresses. Thank You Bar Brothers for being there in a short time span it came out so beautiful.??

Do not buy anything from these people! Please read I was on a budget and needed a wedding dress under $1000. The older women who said she is the boss sold me a dress from her Catalog. Three months later I received a dress that was complete different,Not even close! The cut ,fabric, design all different!!! When I told her it the wrong dress all she said was no returns. I then asked her to show me the catalog to match the dress number, to show her. She said she did not have it anymore. I then googled the dress number on my order and showed her it was the wrong dress. She still refused to reorder it. She just said no that's not the photo, no returns. So I ended up getting married in some random WiSH.com looking dress.I didn't have the money to buy another at the time and I paid cash. So I couldn't take up with my bank. There's so many options for dresses her in Fresno. Don't let this happen to you on your special day.
