Horrible whatever you call the people working behind the counter! Horrific customer service! Went in to Close an account that had a passing in family. Did all paperwork guy said you'll get money in mail! Not even close had to get all kinds of paperwork to Notary! Two months later Bank of America still trying to hold on to money! A lot of people saying the same thing. Don't bank at any of them! Crap service

Incompetent Morons / rude and disrespectful !!! Dirty from work and in my work uniform I came into withdrawal the remaining money I had in an account given to me by state disability and close the account. The teller, a younger Asian female, snarked/responded that I couldn't close the account because it's not mine, it was the state who opened it. Ok, fine . I'd still like to withdraw the remaining balance. There was close to $3k in the account. She kept having trouble with their hand held printer/card reader thing and after trying several times they said I'd have to come back tomorrow. Another gentleman at the teller next to us came into withdraw all his money and close an account as well. His transaction came and went quickly, so I asked how come he could make his transaction and I couldn't. The response the teller gave me was a condescending " oh, it's because he actually has an accountant here" Irritated/frustrated and done with these people I started to leave, but something told me I should check the balance; both outside at the ATM and on the app the balance was now $0. I immediately went back inside to tell them the account has been zeroed out, and nothing is available at the ATM. The teller looked at me with a blank stare, and if it wasn't for the Manager coming over to apologize and fix the situation, I would have left home and $3000 would've disappeared. WOW!!!! Really!!!! Besides being nickel and dimed /ripped off with fees and BS like that years back this now gives me another solid reason to never ever bank with Bank of America again!!!!!!!!

DON'T BANK HERE! I have been with BofA for 26 years and yesterday when depositing my payroll check I asked the teller when it would be available, she looked everything up and said tomorrow so I made the deposit. Next day I reviewed my account and it was overdrawn... the deposit was made and then removed with a "Hold" being placed. Calling in they said it's a normal process and my funds would be available in 7 days!!!! If I would have known I would have taken to a check cashing entity, paid the fee, and have access to MY MONEY! I'm sure BofA won't hesitate to hit me with fees now that I'm overdrawn due to their mistake. Perfect example of a major corporation stealing from they're clients. Once my check clears I'll be pulling all of my funds, closing my accounts, and never banking with them again! Beware!!! Do not bank with Bank of America!

I have been with them for 26 years. They have been sued repeatedly for their illegal activities. Now they charged me 750 dollars for buying insurance that I already had bought. They credited my account for 1395 when I provided proof of insurance leaving a balance of 30 dollars which I paid. Now they changed my payment from 664.12 to 923 a month. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with and I now have to hire a lawyer or file for bankruptcy. The house is in terrible shape so I may just walk away. I asked for a manager 5 times and they wouldnot give me one. Stay away. I am now paying double insurance! 125 a month through Homesite that I bought plus the money they paid for insurance which I did not authorize.

I used this Branch for Business Deposit. There was 1 guest in front of me. It took the teller approx 25min to process 1 transaction! The teller never acknowledged anyone waiting in line. The other tellers processed 4-5 transactions while I waited. Your business accounts don't have all day to wait while you BS with people. This is a HUGE training opportunity for you guys! It's critical to be efficient, and the teller today working the business window was horrible. I'll use another branch next time!! Luckily I don't use this Bank for me personal banking or I would close the account!!

They have a driver up ATM. Convenient and super easy to use, get what you need and go. Highly recommended!

They LOST the access records of our parent's safe deposit box which included us as their children. As a result we cannot access the box our parents set up in this branch. They refused us access to the box even though we presented power-of-attorney papers for my living parent. They suggested that we bring in a certified death certificate for my dad (even though my mom is still living) to re establish access. Prior to my father's death he had us added to the access permissions of the box which we signed in this branch in 2013. We have accessed the box since my fathers death. They have obviously lost all of the records which is unforgivable for a bank to do. Also, they apparently have little understanding of power-of-attorney law. No excuse for a bank to behave this way.

Go ANYWHERE else. Always slow service and need appointments or lots of spare time to get ANY EXTRA services other than deposit/withdrawals. After 20 years with B of A, I AM DONE. Just paid off $300,000+ mortgage on sold home and applied for refi on current home with MORE THAN DOUBLE THE LOAN AMOUNT in CASH available. After the loan rep Armando assured us some " credit issues" we were completely upfront about would not be a problem, he failed to update us or return my calls and emails for 3 weeks. I had to make several trips to the brand h after making online appointments only to be told the website was not telling the branch and he was out to lunch, out sick, or with other customers. After nearly 5 weeks we were DECLINED for the very issues we disclosed and could have been told on day one that was the case. So today I came to wire the funds to pay the house off instead and now have to wait 45 minutes because only one employee is able to do a wire transfer. $100's of thousands of dollars cash and a $400,000 mortgage are no longer at B of A. All the manager could say today was "It isn"t our fault you were declined." On the bright side, there will be a "mortgage burning" party at our house soon! Guess who is NOT invited.

My mom is 78 years old, waited in line for over half an hour (that can be a long time for anybody, much less when you're 78) as two tellers were working. She noticed the manager standing around doing nothing. The teller didn't acknowledge the wait or say anything (honestly, if someone had thanked her for her patience and apologized about the wait, she would've been totally happy), and at the end of their transaction, she asked to speak to the manager. She was pointed to the man who was doing nothing. She went to express her frustration, and when she asked him why he wasn't helping out he apparently laughed in her face and offered no explanation. Classy, bro. You don't have to be rude to old ladies to make yourself feel more powerful. Maybe, instead....do something to make the world better.

HORRIBLE customer service. One teller- 10 customers. No one stepped into help. All the others sitting back, chatting amongst themselves. Elizabeth, the teller was extremely rude and aggressive.

I didn't know anger until I started banking here. This is the most shady business I have ever worked with. After numerous bad experiences I paid my balance in full and closed my account. 6 months later I received mail from them saying I have unpaid account fees and late fees. This is a bank Mafia that needs to closed

Wait wait wait took out the merchant line so now we all have to wait. One person busy afternoon none of the managers step in to help. So disappointed used to be ok last year.

I am having BOFA since 2011 and I interacted with 40+ branches across US but this so far is the slowest and in-efficient branch I have ever witnessed Couple of times, I can see 3-4 tellers are sitting when you have queue of 2 customers whereas front support staff is 1 person for 4-5 waiting customers, I have to break my patience and head over to explain to manager to how to manage the staff Though Staff seems to be right in most places as they are helpful and willing to go extra mile but unfortunately leadership have issues
