Raquel, at the front teller, is so rude, if shes having a bad day, she will take it out on you...she wont even try to help you,...zero stars if i could, horrible service by her...

I went in to do a wire transfer for a property we are about to close on, and they said they are booked for the day. I asked if I can stick around and maybe an appointment will fall through and I can get the help, and she suggested I go to another bank down the road. That's when I got mad. I told her "There ain't anyone here! And you're going to tell me u can't help me?!" Literally I was the only customer in the building at that moment. And I still could not get the help I needed. I'm done with Bank of America. I've heard great things about Wells Fargo

They really should provide better security so pand handlers don't just walk up on you while you're at the ATM. I actually think some sort of rear view mirrors should be placed above the ATMs to provide additional security. Especially at night. That neighborhood has really gotten bad in recent years and you have to be really careful using the ATMs at night.

Poor service, long wait lines. Bankers are terrible, they treat customers with no respect, a lot of personal questions that I never asked at other boa locations. They don't believe who you say you are...even with card & pin entered

Walked into the bank without an appointment because I needed to send a wire, Emily and the bank manager were in the lobby. They quickly checked the schedule and realized they had a quick window to get me in. I was immediately seated and helped right away. Emily was very personable and knowledgeable. The manager came by to check and make sure I had everything I needed and conversed a bit. Great experience!!

I was reminded why I avoid coming to this place the services is byfar the worse I ever been to in any bank of America branch. Had an appointment for 2:30 about loans and seeing my options. While waiting I was approached my an old lady name Silvia asking me what I'm here for. I told her I have appoint at 2:30, she then ask what for so I told her for a loan she then said we don't do that type of loan. So I ask her how about a personal loan she said no to that. I asked her what option do I have she said get a credit card. All short answers with the attitude of not wanting to help. I asked her I have a credit cards but they don't offer the amount I need, then she said get another credit card . With the same attitude not wanting to help. As I stood up to walk out being upset I asked her if ya can't help me or won't try to help me why didn't ya tell me over the phone instead of making me w and wasting my time.ste gas coming here.

Usually only two tellers. Neighborhood is rough and dirty. Homelessness. On a ok bz day u still will be in line for a while. Dont go on payday Fridays or the beginning of the month
