If I could give 0 I would service is horrible Wouldn't cash 2 checks written out to me in Bank of America paper but I've been cashing the same checks for the past year all because flor was on her period be professional smh Flor had the personality of a ROCK! Branch Manager is so under qualified to run a Mc Donald's drive thru! I had to deal with unpleasant Samuel twice today. Don't all get questions because then her job becomes way too complicated!

Went there to finish setting up a new account and Wasted 3 hours of my time there with my son. I explained what I needed and that I’ve already started the process online and all I have to do is go in to a branch to have any associates validate his id at a branch and that an appointment was not needed. We show up and they said ok you’re after these four people, I waited I understood I don’t have an appointment. However, a gentleman who showed up an hr after me was seen first. He said he didn’t have an appointment as well, but he was help first And Bofa associates tell me and my son we have to make an appointment to come back because there was no one who can help Us at the moment after 3 hrs of waiting and taking in someone who came In after me who was also a walk-in. Sorry we will not be banking with them.

BAD service. This was my situation and hope it’s never yours. I went into this branch on Wednesday and took a check to deposit. I was told by tomorrow (Thursday)at least 250 was going to be available and the rest of the amount will be available by Friday. Today, I called because none of the funds are available not even the 250. I called again but this time I was told that the funds won’t be available until 7 days from today. It’s going to take two weeks for them to verify and release the funds. Amount of the check 3.100. Be very aware and ask questions when going inside this branch.

I see why they only have 1 star. The customer service here is terrible. They refused to cash my check (the same type of check that I've been cashing here for the past few months a check written via Bank of America) because I am not a BofA customer. They alluded to the fact that because the system was having issues the only way they could cash it is if I opened an account with them. Oh, not to mention, the customer service was TERRIBLE. If you don't like your job then LEAVE. Customers don't need your attitude. You're a customer service representative. Do what you were hired to do!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. At least In the afternoons, the girls at the counter during the last hour always lag on customers and won’t provide full services because they want to go home. I drove 5 miles to my nearest bank got there at 4:30 and was waiting in the hot sun for 20 min before they let me come inside then wen I finally got to a teller they said they couldn’t complete my transaction because the vault was “closed”. Never heard of such idiocracy. Not to mention all they were exchanging was $180; as if they don’t have that money in the cash register?♂️?

Too long to get help over the phone. Everybody is not that good ? with textor getting into web pages or other tixical matter or customer service. Holding on the phone for over40 minute is poor customer service. Hire more people.
