ONE teller to serve the 7 people in line?! Two other people wandering around with tablets did offer to help those in line with cashless transactions. Get behind the teller line and serve customers for crying out loud!

3 ATM machines, pretty safe and clean. I drive thru which is unfortunate but still deserves 5 stars in my book. Thanks B of A!

DO NOT come to this branch if you don't have an appointment. The wait is very long. I'm assuming the bank has too few employees. I was told, at my last visit, that they had "too many walk-ins this morning." I thought that was what you did at a bank: walk in to take care of a deposit, withdrawal, make a transfer, open a new account, replace an ATM card...At this branch, though, you really should make an appointment for those transactions, otherwise, you will wait an hour, or more, to be seen.

What is with this bank??? No tellers? Just trying to withdraw my money but in a certain bill amounts. No one to help u at all! I'll be with u in a moment after I finish setting up someone's who bank account? WORST customer service EVER!!! I left.

You should bank at Bank of America only if your time is of no value to you! They are amazingly understaffed and I think it's about time to close my business account.....!

Bank of America has a compete b.s. system in place. I have deposited my payroll checks every month for the last 4years from the state through the ATM never an issue they usually two-year a certain amount and three mercy day The whole check is released no big deal. And today they decide to hold it. The whole thing. According to them it's procedure. That's a bunch of crock. Why haven't they held it the last 47 times? Why all of a sudden now? Their reason? High amount or unknown payer. Really? My check is $40 less than last month. And it's the same employer!!!!! I can't wait till they release my funds so I can cancel my account.I am beyond frustrated.

I normally go to the West Shaw location, but since I was in Fig Garden, I thought it would be perfect time to come in. The lady (thin dark haired lady) that helped me was very rude, one of the rudest bank tellers I have ever dealt with. I know people have to come here for bank related things, but she was very rude!! She made me fill stupid and was not even a little bit friendly.
