I was looking online for a Camry at dealerships for the cheapest and least miles and came across auto select. I show up and although the car I had seen online had sold there was still a nice grey Camry similar to the one I wanted, still cheap for the miles and year. We worked with Moe, got approved for low monthly payment compared to other dealers and with not much of a down payment, which is why I bought the car. They are welcoming to ask with any concerns after taking home the car and fixing the problem. I will be recommending it to my family and whoever is trying to buy a car.

if I could give negative star I would give -10! worst experience ever! applied and was told I was approved for 2015 Jeep when I arrived i was told they could not get approval due to credit. but got approved on 2017 Buick encore. Not exactly what I was looking for but because they told me it had a brand new turbo and offered me a 30 day warranty I decided it would work. well during that 30 days took it back 4 times due to check engine light coming on. throwing code for turbo underboost and it was having issues losing power. each Time I picked up the vehicle they assured me problem fixed and vehicle had no mechanical issues. Well a month and a half later while on a trip out of state started having major issues with the vehicle burning oil (5 qts every 150 miles) loss of power & running ruff to it to the closest Buick dealership for diagnostic turns out due to malfunction turbo, it now has blown engine, needs new catalystic system along with a new turbo. $15,000 to repair on a vehicle that I financed and owe $14,500 on and can not drive!!! Auto select refuses to resolve or take responsibility. Auto select Fresno takes advantage of people who are struggling with bad credit and financial issues and instead of helping they don't care they are making matters even worse snd distroying their livelyhood.

If I could give -5 stars I would, and deservingly so. AS A CONSUMER THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST & MOST COSTLY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.!!!! Auto select Fresno preys on individuals who have or had financial hardships, bad/low credit scores, and those who desperately need reliable transportation. However, I will give credit where credit is due, they do put their best effort into get the hard to finance approved. But the truth is I would be better had they not obtained financing. The 2017 Buick Encore they sold me has had mechanical issue since day 1! BTW this is not the vehicle I wanted and had applied for financing for and had been told I was approved for. It wasn’t until I had a friend drive me the 60 miles to their car lot that I was told they were unable to get approval on the Jeep Cherokee, which was only $1000 price difference, but they got me financing on the Buick Encore. wasn’t to excited about the encore but I was desperately needed transportation as my business requires it. My friend looked over the encore (btw it was night & already dark) he noticed oil residue near the turbo mentioned it to the sales rep. He then told us a new turbo was just installed and the oil was probably residual, but said I could bring it back and they would have the shop check it out, he also said not to worry they give a 30 day warranty.Well during the first 30 days I took it back 4 times and due to the service engine light coming on, Every time the OBD2 code P0299 turbo underboost. During that 30 day time frame I only had it 13 days, Every time I picked it up the would tell me a loose wire or minor issue with the turbo, etcNo check engine light at pickup but always back on 10 miles after leaving. the last time I picked the car up from them they told me it was just loose wire however service invoice states sensor was replaced. Anyways Chris the General Manager insisted that the car was mechanically sound they had it fully checked by the shop and everything was in excellent mechanical condition, additionally he informed me that if the check engine light comes on again not to worry there is nothing wrong with the car I would just need to take it to Buick to have the computer reset, just an issue some newer cars have, but it was fine to drive. Well as usual, the check engine light came back on about 10 miles after leaving . Put the obd 2 reader on again code p0299 turbo underboost. Called them and let them know and scheduled a service appointment with Buick. Which was suppose to be 12/12 their soonest availability. In the mean time had a job schedule out of state. Well I have now been stranded 3 states away from home since 12/7, Got the car to the Buick service center in Billings MT for diagnostic, well At bare minimum bad turbo $1500-$2500 for the turbo labor not included. due to the ongoing and unresolved “turbo underboost” catalytic system failed, misfire cylinder 3 and 2 clogged, possible will require new engine. All attributed to malfunctioning turbo charger Auto Select said was breaks new and failed to address my concerns failure to disclose major mechanical issues or properly repair. So now I have vehicle I can not drive and owe over $14,000 for, no income and no way to make the payment or pay my living expenses, a business that’s gonna fail, unhappy customers, Auto repairs I don’t have the money to spend, I’m stranded in Montana 3 states away from home in -10 degree weather I was prepared for and to top it off I’m not going to make it home for Christmas with my family & grand babies I have called auto select a number of times but always get the run around and excuses. They only time the even mentioned resolving the matter is after receiving a negative review from my son, yet didn’t offer a resolution but advise me its harassment to leave more than 1 negative review. ITS NOT HARRASSMENT ITS FREEDOM OF SPEECH. This has been an ongoing unresolved issue so until it is resolved I will ongoingly exercise my Rights.

Although Haddi, the sales rep worked hard to get me financed with my bad credit and tried to make sure I was satisfied and attempted to have repairs made during the 30 day warranty. However even though I had to take the car back in 4 times because of check engine light and throwing code for low turbo boost. The first time was the day after purchase. I had other questions issues that needed checked as well but the turbo was a major problem as I was told they had just replaced the turbo. The last time I took it in the car was having major issues because of this and although they told me it was fixed. If the check engine light comes on again not to worry that it was nothing mechanically wrong I would need to take it to Buick and have them reset the computer. Well guess what as soon as I got 5 miles down the freeway the check engine light came back on once again no power, hard shifting, revs to nearly 6000 rpm before shifting,. Do the next morning went into the Buick dealership and explained what I was told. And was advised by the service manager that what they told me is simply untrue if the check engine light comes on it’s because there is a mechanical issue that needs to be checked and problem corrected. Furthermore it’s going to cost me $225 just to run a complete diagnostic and if happens to be a bad turbo that I will run $1500-$2000 not including labor. I believe Auto Select knew they were selling me a vehicle with major problems and failed to uphold there 30 day warranty. They should have taken the car to Buick themselves to inside the issue was fixed. I am contact an attorney that specializes in used vehicle lemon law. But that does me little of nothing at the moment since I am now stuck on I80 donner summit on my way to South Dakota (this was suppose to be my pet transport vehicle) I had a five star rating prior to switching to this 2017 buick encore they sold me. Now due to the issues my rating has dropped to 4.2 I’ve lost jobs and now I don’t even know that I can make it to my next delivery. If I could give no stars or negitove stars I eould

They sold my mother a 2017 Buick Encore that has some serious mechanical issues. They have knowingly been selling lemons to unsuspecting people, if you need proof just read their reviews. Due to their intentonal neglect and desire for a quick buck I now have to drive half way across the country to pick her up and put the car on a trailer because she is unable to drive the vehicle home due to the mechanical issues. Ever hear of a 2017 going through 20 quarts of oil in a day? Well that's what's happening with her car, and no it's not being burned, it's being consumed by the engine. Hope you guys are smart enough to do the right thing cause if not you can expect a bad review from me weekly. Let's see how many customers you get as the lowest rated lot in Fresno. Crooks is all you guys are.
