The Audi Sales team have good customer service once you find someone available to help. The service department does not have the best customer service. I have a 2013 A6 so it is old at the maintenance stage. For the past 4 years I have taken it to get services and the service each time is never accurate and original requests are not completed.The service tech Hugo has always treated me like Like I am an idiot as if he can’t be bothered. I never get clear responses when I get Hugo he is always scattered or too busy working on multiple things and can be rude. Last year I asked them to repair headlights and they never did. They said they had to order the parts they said they did order them and that was the reason why it had to stay in the shop sonlong, but they never did. It is a.safety issue. I dread taking it in to deal with him but I it is the only Audi near me. I took it in on 10/3/23 for inspection of the engine lights to complete the repairs to have it safe for my daughter in hopes to give it to her and can get me a new Audi. I spoke to Nathan he is always respectful and courteous.. I asked him if he the provide a list of items passing inspection and there was small list of items not passing inspection. Nothing too major. I asked about why the engine light was still on. I scheduled to have it inspected for engine light a and had to wait 6 month because that was how booked out they are. I asked to speak with a manger to help me understand why the services I take it in for are never completed and now this time I left with a worse leak problem that I did not have originally have. When I left with the car smelling like oil or motor smell, I asked about why and he said I can bring in back in and that I didn't have to worry driving the car like that and could bring it back on 10/31 and they can check it out at that time. On 10/31 Nathan tells me the leak is coming from a camshaft cover and to seal it will be over $2000. Ok no problem. We have to do it. But why are we just now finding that out and why do I now have to come back yet a 3rd time in 1 month? Who has that kind of time? They still did not fix the headlights from last year 10/22. At this point I am a little annoyed asked to speak to a service manager the service manager is annoyed that I am asking him to even call me and started off rude and asked why would I not bring it back in! This is service station that sends out text surveys saying they strive at providing excellent customer servic. I have been trying to bring it back since 10/2022. He keeps asking why I would not bring it back if there were still issues. I said I have been in several times in the past 1 year and I have asked several times about these concerns which is why I am hoping you can assist. He tried to patronize me and tell me how If I go to a doctor and they diagnose someone and I say look I understand It is old, I do not understand why it is taking so long to have these requests completed. He talks over me and says if it were him he would have brought it back in if I noticed something so clearly he is the better man he won that conversation because I was getting nowhere. I asked to speak with the main boss and his tone changed he tried to be to calm down and he tells me the main boss above him is the Owner and he will never return my call because he never calls anyone back. He was right. I never got that call.

Great experience purchasing our Q4! Everything was ready when my wife and I showed up to pick up our car. 15 minutes is all it took to sign the docs and close the deal. Tried hard to buy a $45K used car. Sent multiple emails and multiple voice mails. The sales manager Spencer ignored all communication. See other reviews. Many more have had very poor customer experience. No way to run a dealership. Spencer needs to learn from Business 101! Very poor communication skills. Yelp ratings sure tell the story. BEWARE

This review is long over due! JJ, my Sales Person is "All that and a Bag of Chips"!! If you missed the name...JJ JJ . Please please see JJ! I have a 2022 Q3, I bought in October 2022. I STILL call him at least once a month or maybe not. He answers, he remembers me, HE HELPS ME!!' I call cuz it's German? As my husband says?That Bag of chips line is only used for my grand daughter!! Excellent service, great dealer, and best deal.Purchased a Audi Etron. Chris was a great salesman. He knew the product, answered all questions and made the purchase seamless. It was a great experience. He was honest and straightforward. The financial person on the other hand was not so pleasant and had to reduce the rating due to that experience. He was arrogant and rude. 5 start for Chris but 3 for try overall process

This was my first visit to Fresno Audi for my A5 convertible! Hugo was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to accommodate me! My car needed a replacement motor for my top and needed to be ordered. He took care of the two minor recalls and a complimentary inspection as well. When the part came in from Germany (it wasn’t something they keep in stock because it wasn’t a common repair), I brought my car back and they sent me home quickly in a Lyft. When there was a small issue and they needed a little more time to complete, Hugo immediately hooked me up with a loaner! He worked with me the entire time and kept me updated through text and calls! Every time I pulled up, I was greeted with their customer service “valet”. I would highly recommend Fresno Audi and especially having Hugo as a service advisor!

So I bought a battery from here and it died out on me and even though it was through warranty they were charging me 100$ to confirm it was the battery and it would be two weeks before they can see my car when I work at a car dealership myself and know the process of how this warranty on parts go and they continued to argue with me and tell me that I’m wrong when clearly I’ve been at multiple dealerships for 2+ years and have dealt with warranty batteries all the time. Brian who I spoke to was very unhelpful and rude with the audacity to argue about how I don’t know how a dealership works and along with Shane to back up his worker when they were just trying to upsell. Every time I come into this Audi location I have nothing but issues with service and sales! One of the most unprofessional places you can come to hands down. My car has gone through 10k in repairs and this is how they treat their customers. The first time I was here it took 3 months for my AWD system to be fixed and they didn’t even fix it they just gave it back without even testing to see if it worked wasting my time like they 99% of the time. If you do go to this location make sure you go to Hugo and Nate they’re probably the two most helpful writers there but I can’t say the same for everyone else.

In reading the reviews, I will say I'm not the only one with these experiences. This has made me decide NOT to purchase another Audi. I've gotten the run around every time I have taken my car in for service. I guess if it's under warranty, they don't want to fix the problem because they're not profiting off of it. Brake light sensor came on and took my car to a tire shop and they said it needed new brakes and calipers. Had an appointment at the dealership a week later so I decided to wait. The dealership said the brakes were fine, but the sensor was still on. They told me the sensor is wear and tear and wouldn't be covered. Makes me wonder if they even did the maintenance or inspection. Definitely below average for a luxury dealership and shop
