Tried hard to buy a $45K used car. Sent multiple emails and multiple voice mails. The sales manager Spencer ignored all communication. See other reviews. Many more have had very poor customer experience. No way to run a dealership. Spencer needs to learn from Business 101! Very poor communication skills. Yelp ratings sure tell the story. BEWARE

This review is long over due! JJ, my Sales Person is "All that and a Bag of Chips"!! If you missed the name...JJ JJ . Please please see JJ! I have a 2022 Q3, I bought in October 2022. I STILL call him at least once a month or maybe not. He answers, he remembers me, HE HELPS ME!!' I call cuz it's German? As my husband says?That Bag of chips line is only used for my grand daughter!! In reading the reviews, I will say I'm not the only one with these experiences. This has made me decide NOT to purchase another Audi. I've gotten the run around every time I have taken my car in for service. I guess if it's under warranty, they don't want to fix the problem because they're not profiting off of it. Brake light sensor came on and took my car to a tire shop and they said it needed new brakes and calipers. Had an appointment at the dealership a week later so I decided to wait. The dealership said the brakes were fine, but the sensor was still on. They told me the sensor is wear and tear and wouldn't be covered. Makes me wonder if they even did the maintenance or inspection. Definitely below average for a luxury dealership and shop

I had the best experience at Audi Fresno. All of my questions were answered, everything was thoroughly explained, and I left the dealership feeling 100% confident in my purchase. The team dynamic was so cohesive; the communication between the sales team, finance team, and service team was exceptional. Everything was communicated to me, and I left without any unanswered questions. I am especially thankful to Spencer, Dorsey, and Gaven. They made the process seamless and so enjoyable. I asked so many questions--they addressed every single one of them without skipping a beat. I am thoroughly impressed with the management and leadership at Porsche/Audi of Fresno--they went above and beyond, every step of the way.

LOL! Called to make an appointment for just an oil change, in June. The guy whose name starts with an "R". said no available openings until Aug 10. Wow, that guy really wants to avoid business for the Audi Car Service Center. How creepy!

Driven an Audi in Fresno since 2009. Dealer keeps slipping farther and farther downhill in service. I had to wait 8 weeks for a service appointment. They failed to fix the issue correctly and then wanted me to wait another 8 weeks to fix the issue they failed to fix the first time. The guys are nice, mostly, but completely overwhelmed. The brand has grown and the dealer has not.

I had the worst experience shopping for a car. I went with my son, and tried to look for a Q5. They didn't seem to want my business at all, even though I had a check book in hand and ready to buy. The salesmen were not friendly maybe because I am a woman??? Or they don't think I can afford for a car????

It was a pleasure purchasing a car from this dealership as everything was clear and straight forward. From my initial inquiry to Chris Williams via Car Guru and even as I shopped around.. I ended up going back. They had the best upfront deal, and the service and experience of course was exceptional. I opted to have our car delivered, and icing on the cake.

I called to schedule an oil change as my Audi vehicle instructed me to, come to find out they are booked months out. Purchasing multiple luxury vehicles in the past, the Audi Q7 being the last, I've never had to deal with this type of poor service from Mercedes-Benz or Land Rover. In my experience and personal opinion, waiting months for an oil change is poor business management and extremely poor customer satisfaction. Having an extensive customer service background, this would never fly in my business or any other business. Customer service and satisfaction is key for a business to succeed and thrive, especially now a days with aggressive competition. Unfortunately Fresno Audi's poor management is oblivious to the lack of customer commitment and satisfaction.

Parts Department is a joke... They put you on hold and then pull up and put you back on hold like 3 time in a 10-12 min spand. The Old man is rude. But thankful Gary is not rude and was able to help

The thing is like this, they gave me a free rental car when I was doing service of my vehicle. when I returned, the rental manager told me I have to pay $500 because he smelled smoking in the rental car,I think just because he found a Zippo lighter on the passenger seat. It fell from my friend's pocket when I was picking up him a few days ago. I had this rental car for 20 days, have never smoked in it, and kept it very clean because I have another vehicle and rarely drive it. also recently because of wildfires, the entire city of Fresno was shrouded in smoke. No matter how I explain, he still has me pay $500. In the end, I told him that I would not pay it and left. However, charged my card without my consent! BTW, Rental Manager are u a doggie? Otherwise, why is your nose so sensitive? How do you distinguish the smell of smoking or the smell of mountain fire smoke? And if you smoke in the car, soot will fall! He said he could let other colleagues come and smell the smoking. OMG. He is a manager. It's like when you work in a company, your manager tells you that you come here and smell the smoking in this vehicle. Would you say no? Offend your manager? Are you crazy? But that's what he did. He thinks it's fair. I am satisfied with HUGO's service, even though he also said the smell of smoking in the car, but I understand. because the other party is a manager
