Prices just too high. Hadn't been there for a while and I wasn't pleasantly surprised. Nice store in great location, but......

****BUYER BEWARE!!!*** Most thrift stores check their more expensive items to make sure that they work before pricing and putting them on the shelves. Not here, apparently. In good faith, I bought a high end, name brand children's toy for a price that was costly by thrift store standards. When I put in batteries at home, the item did not work. I took it back to the store and explained the problem, but they would not stand by their product. Unless you are ok with making a straight donation, spend your money elsewhere.

Everything is clean, priced, nicely organized and displayed, and the help is extremely cordial. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I've been in here a couple of times and have always enjoyed my experience! Things are very organized, well placed and well priced. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful! Makes for a fun shopping experience and I will absolutely be back!

Im all for nonprofits helping the community -- but the employees/ volunteers have demonstrated time and time again that they are RACIST. Latinos BEWARE, they will follow you around the store, be kind to every other customer except you, say racist comments within earshot and make sure you don't feel welcome from the second you step in. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was a fluke or the woman at the counter was having a bad day -- nope, when I came in the second time the same behavior continued. I don't leave reviews often, but man was this behavior unacceptable. It's sad that there is absolutely no accountability and that despite their mission, this institution allows for employees that discriminate against paying customers based on the color of their skin.

If I could rate it lower stars, I would. For a nonprofit organization looking to serve the community, it should really start by addressing the racist workers that drive away those in need. I went in on two separate occasions with my partner. During the first experience, the employees greeted everyone walking into the store, except us. On the second occasion, I was followed around the store as I looked at clothing and furniture, and a particular white employee stepped/reached/bumped in into me multiple times without saying excuse me, despite where I was in the store or what items I was looking at. It was so blatant that my partner had to step in and serve as a buffer so the woman would leave me alone. You could feel the racism as they racially profiled us, gave us the side eye for simply shopping and were extemely unfriendly. If you are Latino, beware this is not a safe space.

The volunteers there are very helpful and they work hard to make sure you get out of there in a timely matter. There are some good deals here, occasional sales that are really good, and some clearance areas. For the most part, most of their things are reasonably priced, and it is good to know that they help our local community.

I called in to inquire about donations and donation receipts. The lady that greeted me was polite and professional. When I arrived one worker #1 approached another worker #2. Worker #2 looked my way and waved off worker #1 while giving me a dismissive glance. Worker #1 looked uncomfortable as she approached me. She didn’t relay any information. I asked worker #3 where I might leave a donation since I wasn’t being helped. After worker #3 and I went to retrieve a receipt, worker #2 suddenly decided to run to the back room then yells across the entire store “Your chair is i sellable. Your chair is unsellable.” I said “Whoa the chair is a donation, not a consignment. No part of it is broken, it’s just worn.” She then replied “We won’t make it available to customers but we can trash it.” I said I’ll take it somewhere else where employees are decent to their customers. She was the employee everyone else was a kind volunteer. I donate a lot. I’ve never had anyone attack me, especially since she ignored me in favor of speaking kindly to someone who’s skin matched hers. I was disgusted.
