Store hours says open but they are always closed! Happened on multiple occasions! Another reason to not shop the store! When calling the number, it'll just ring with no answer as well. Sucks it being the only store selling Asian products on this side of town!

Everytime I go, I find another reason not to go. I want to support you guys so bad and had second thoughts about this review, but hopefully this will change as time goes on. You guys might as well be another liquor store like the rest of the block because everytime I come here, all you have are either snacks, frozen goods, or noodles. Any vegetables available are either dead or DYING. I lived around that area 10 years ago and it always had fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, lots of choices, plenty of basic asian essentials. I moved away and still would drive miles to come here because I enjoyed the people, atmosphere and choices. Now you get no fresh vegetables or herbs, or in my case, absolutely NOTHING, not even green onions or cilantro, had to buy 1 brand of fish sauce because you had to choose a cheap brand, or the cheapest one. Not only that, what I can only describe as a 50 year old teenager behind the counter, she wasn't friendly at all. I'm not trying to be insulting, she had black and grey hair but dressed like my teenager... The customers gave me more smiles and comfort than the lady ringing me up. I even came in smiling at her as i entered but she didn't even look my way when I took 3 seconds to make eye contact, nor did she bother to do so when she rang me up. This was on a Saturday early morning before noon. It's ok not to have vegetables anymore or certain products that asian people need but you should probably change your name to 7/11 instead. I hope this review helps and I wish you guys prosperity and good fortune, but this ain't it honey.

Please update your opening and closing hours. This is the 4th time I’ve been to your business and your doors were closed. Last night too. When your hours say 7pm. I’m walking in at 6pm and the doors are locked.

good products but the cashier was rude. also some warm food products are not packaged and just left in the warmer on the rack which is a health code violation. pork belly also not wrapped and just sitting in the warmer on a single serve tray. gross.

Only asain store close to my house I've been going to this store for 5 years after this new owner has taken over I stop going. I went to shopp with my kids and their EBT system was down so I wasn't able to purchase my item and the owner took it a pound himself to make remarks about me paying with ebt as money wasn't as good as I was paying cash, last time I've every shop there if I had the cash I would of paid but because I pay with foodstamps I'm less of a person. The owners husband needs to be more humble because I'm sure 90% of his customers pay with EBT. I wouldn't be shopping anywhere a person go out their way to shame me for keeping them in business. Your better off driving to SF better customers services.

Convenient because it's the only one on this side of town. They have the basics but if you want more options, you'll have to go to southeast Fresno. They have packages hot food as of 11.27.23. Clean store.They also have where you can fill up your own water jugs.

Need to update business hours and open accordingly to whatever sign on door time says. Waited outside until time and still no one was there to open. Phone number listed on Google map leads to voice-mail only. Very inconvenient!

I was trying to find a spice called PhetPhet and an internet search showed that Asian One Grocery had it in stock. One day after work I drove there and went in and spoke to a gentleman who turned out to be the owner. He explained that the person who does his web page hadn't updated it in a while and unfortunately he no longer sold PhetPhet. However he still gad the number of the person who used to stock his store with PhetPhet and he tried calling her for me. He didn't get an answer. He was leaving the country to visit relatives overseas but he took my number and said he would try to reach her when he got back in 2 weeks. Well, long story shirt, about three weeks later he called me and said he had given his PhetPhet supplier my number and then she contacted me and now I have lots of PhetPhet. It's anAsia spice that really livens up a dill pickle. So I give the gentleman an A+ for service plus he was really nice.

Went to get water and asian hot food. Male Arabic or Armenian cashier is so rude and arrogant , lacks in customer service, got upset when told he was rude and why I questioned him as to why he was talking to me in his aggressive tone of voice. Male got very aggressive and I told him if this is how he talks to customers then I'm never coming back , he said he didn't care. Thank you you just made me go buy water from another vendor.
