Only used their services a few times but my second time going there I had an 8am appt which my husband confirmed via text by the groomer at 6am that morning. I get there at 7:55, the place is still closed. Whatever maybe someone will show up right at 8. 8:05 comes around still no one. Eventually I waited 20 min before I decided to call the groomers number and she didn’t pick up. I called the number online and someone(the owner) picked up but sounded like he just woke up. I figured all the phone calls go to his personal cell and not actually the front desk. I said I’ve been waiting for 30 min outside and the groomer isn’t here. He tried to get a hold of her but nothing so he meets me down here. At this point i waited about 45 min past my appt time. I was debating about just leaving but my dog needed a groom so bad. I leave my dog there with the owner and the groomer calls me later to ask what I want done with my dog and doesn’t even apologize for not showing up on time and making me wait. Idk if she over overslept or had a medical emergency or what i don’t know. I decided to give them one more chance so I call them yesterday to set up an appt , the guy couldn’t find me in his system. Whatever no big deal he can still schedule me either way. Then he asks if he can call me back in about 45 min because he’s at a bowling alley and he can’t hear me. He never called me back. Needless to say that was the last straw for me lol found a new groomer since and have not had any issues.

I saw there are a lot of old negative reviews but the salon is under new ownership and I had an amazing visit Dani did great with my dog Shadow, he looks fresh and happy!

Stay away!!! I wish I could give no stars but I have to to be able to write this review! This place permanently damaged both of my dogs eyes and my male dog is scarred forever!. I wish i never ever saw this place online and I wish this place never existed. The groomer Kaitlyn put harsh severe chemicals in my both of my 5lb yorkies' eyes and caused severe chemical burns in both of their eyes. My female was able to heal with a less noticeable scar but my male's right is forever scared white. I've talked to the owner Raffi Melkom, about the female dog and we worked out an agreement but he completely ghosted me when I followed up about my male pup. Instead, his groomer contacted my vet and questioned his examination. My dogs were supposed to go for a regular bath and nail trim on 11/8/2023. The groomer Kaitlyn called and asked if we wanted flea treatment and unfortunately we said yes not knowing this inexperienced person was going to get whatever treatment she used in my dogs' eyes. When I asked her what she used she said it was all natural flea soap but the owner said she actually used Dawn Dish Soap. I have no idea what they actually put in my babies eyes but my male is scarred forever. This place is a dangerous dangerous place pretending to be a dog grooming service. Stay away from these people and go to a real salon.

My labradoodle puppy got his first cut. Since it was his first time the groomer cut his face and feet and tail only. He came back with a fresh face and cute feet and sooo fluffy! I’m definitely going back in 4 week for a full cut. :) he did so well and the groomer was sweet and patient and did a great job.

I would let everybody know they did a wonderful job on my chihuahua nails I recommending people to go over there. And now she loving her nails she sleep all day and all night she's leaving her nails cut I just got them done last Friday and she loving them

Beyond ecstatic to have found Artistic Pet Salon for their skills and no-nonsense attitude when grooming our doggie. I asked for scissors only-no clippers for our Pom and Katelyn was like “I got you” and indeed, she most definitely did. Our Pomeranian looked incredible when she was done - fur was soft, and it was trimmed pretty short despite using scissors - amazing grooming skills - they went beyond our expectations and we are never looking again for another groomer - will absolutely keep booking here for our fur baby, Diva!!

First time here and I am thrilled with my dogs results. Professional, tastefully groomed and gentle care taken with my small dog. Hope they stay In business forever because I don’t want to go anywhere else.

They are very disorganized the first time was great this time was the opposite my puppy was cut in the ear and eye was swollen we never got a call saying she had an accident we all know accidents do happen just have courtesy to call the pets owner and let them know what happened

Took my dog there the women who gave my dog a flea bath on August 4 3pm was amazing and sweet she even gave me advice on how to keep my dogs skin healthy. You tell they treated my dog kind Bc she didn’t break at her when She comes out.

It's hard alone to find a place to groom cats especially if your cat is 50/50 spicy attitude. Came across this place eating at a restaurant in the center and i took my cat here twice, Both of the times she ended up getting out of my apartment and I personally didn't feel like fighting her for bath once I got her back lol and they handled her well and when she comes home she all in a better mood. Highly recommend and also have flea baths option. And very affordable prices.
