I had the worst experience with them and ended with a great furniture store last second Crown furniture aka Erik's discount furniture 5 min from the worst store ever Anna's. I am from LA relocated to Fresno as of Friday the 14. I found this place and quickly called with interest week prior to moving on their 4 bedroom set for my apartment. They told me to get preapproved with snap and I did for 2,300 anyways the furniture was about a 1,400 transaction which they processed 4 times they did not know what they were doing causing my account to be pending for 6 business the old man who's seems to own the place was so grumpy and just rude an impolite and I was not expect this to happen I didn't have no bed it's been days keep in mind I came the July 14 on Friday I have been without a bed since today because Erik's furniture store got me right! Thank god ! Don't go to Anna's they suck and eriks prices are better ! They deliver same day and set fast and smooth !

Horrible people! They do not pay their vendors or acknowledge that they even owe you any money. These people are out for themselves and themselves only, and will screw any business, customer, or even a dog if they could. I hope this helps. And I hope you never ever ever shop here.!

I don’t recommend at all I spent well over $3,000 in furniture for two twin beds that have a sliding bed that comes out and a sectional couch. One of the beds came broken no big deal whatever so I fixed it. Overtime it completely fell apart . The sectional lost all its cushion now it feels like I’m sitting on floor. This place uses the cheapest wood they can get very brittle. Will never buy here again . I literally owned the furniture for 4 to 5 months just wow. Now I have to buy my sons another bed frame so they won’t sleep on the floor . I basically paid $1200 bucks for the 4 mattresses BIGGEST RIPOFFS EVER . Not to mention they have no idea how to load my suv had to do it myself.

Furniture is horrible got a couch the first day and it started to fall apart and then I ended up throwing the couch away because it was just broken over all FYI i weigh 120

Recently purchased a dinning table, and the service was excellent. Be mindful it's a family owned business, so small hiccups may arise but they make up for it with quality product at great prices, and great service. The table was easy to assemble, and it is of quality material.

LOVED IT! Great prices for sure!! I went shopping for a sectional the other day I went to 5 stores!! And Anna’s furniture was the last one and I found a nice big sectional with recliners for a really really great price! Caesar is the one that helped us and he was so sweet and nice! I would definitely recommend checking out this store!

Bad customer service went in paid for a dining table told the gentlemen I would be back next week to pick it up came in the following week the dining table was sold very disappointed was a great looking dining table but for that I have to not recommend this place bad customer service

Bad customer service made a deal with the gentlemen there selling a beautiful dining table told him I'd be in next week to pick it up after paying for it I come In and he says he's sold the dining table I purchased already it didn't make any sense to me on why he'd decide to do business this way so I politely asked for my full refund back for this reason I wouldn't recommend this place

Found the perfect dining table and chairs, they had supply there so I didn't have to wait. Which was wonderful. Customer service was great, they loaded it up and were just great! The price of the table was awesome so I am very happy with my experience with this company. I will return for other items.

We went to a few other furniture stores and honestly I should've just came here from the start. The man who works here was very helpful and friendly but not pushy. He gave us a great deal and were asked what day/time would work best to get our stuff delivered. It's a bit smaller than other furniture stores but it had exactly what we were looking for at a great price!
