It was time to replace the carpet in our living room. We had already had Home Depot come out to do a measure. The quote from Home Depot was high for what we were getting. Being that we have children and pets, I wasn't wanting to spend a ton of money to replace a living room carpet (that will likely have to be redone again in another 6-10 years). Home Depot had also mentioned if they had to move any furniture, they would tack on an additional price, if the carpet had any pet stains/odor, they would refuse to haul the carpet away. We hadn't even accepted the quote and it was already starting to sound like a budget airline that will find every reason to up-charge unsuspecting customers. We looked into all American remnants on a Friday afternoon. The staff on site was amazing! They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. After telling the staff how large the area was, they were able to direct us to different remnants that they had. The carpet was a Remnant, which was the perfect size for my living room. Once we selected, it was a very no nonsense process, unlike the runaround that I was getting at Home Depot (I had to be re quoted as HD had mixed up the measurements for the two rooms we had measured). The price was a few hundred dollars cheaper. They were also able to set up an install for the Monday following. The gentleman who showed up to do the install was extremely professional and worked quickly. We had already moved all of the furniture off for him to be able to quickly start working. At the end, he even moved back my large couches for me and even offered to move back my treadmill, without an additional charge. He did a final walk-through with me, and made sure that the carpet was installed to my liking, and offered to fix anything if it was not. Of course, his installation was perfect and seamless (literally). I have another room that I will likely want to have replaced in the next year, and I know exactly where I will be headed! If you're on the fence about where to go- check them out! There is a reason that they have been in business for so long!!!

My wife is picky and a bargain shopper but she loves All-American Remnants and Rolls. They have great service and deals at affordable prices. The front desk lady is polite and returns our calls promptly. Jeff is awesome to work with, patient and attentive; and always ready to help and serve us, no waiting period, no nonsense. Bus, on the other hand, is a different story. He’s funny, easy to talk to; he can multi-task. My wife think he’s cute (like Winnie the Pooh, but of course with pants on). He gives us the best deals and sometimes throws something extra to sweeten the deal. We’ve been going to All American for the past 10 years for our flooring needs and they deliver every time and my wife is happy. We recommend everyone to try All American first before settling for another company.

I picked out carpet on Saturday, Jeff came out on Tuesday and it was installed today, Wednesday. The installation crew was clean, friendly and did a great job. We used All American before and will use them again. Their price and quality was great

This Carpet company is the best deal you will get in town guaranteed! I liked the shop employees as they were all friendly. Jeff was my sales rep who since day one took time after closing to still allow me to look around & even. Though I didn’t buy anything I was asked one thing by Jeff, “If you do find something you like, will you give us a chance to get you a similar product for a much better deal.”
I shopped around and trust me I went to Home Depot, Lowes, Flooring Liquidators in Fresno & Clovis but no store was able to beat what Jeff offered.
at this shop quality and material are excellent, customer service two thumbs up. That’s for my man Jeff who really is a person I will recommend to my family and friends. If you are gonna buy Carpet you will regret it if you don’t check this and compare it here.
Thank you Jeff. Jeff & to the owner of the store also personally made sure I was fully satisfied and didn’t bother me for money. I was surprised. Later the store rep Jeff explained he remembered I was in a rush to move in the weekend so he made sure his store didn’t get in my way. I completed my transaction early this week and have loved my Carpet.
If your looking for an honest opinion I can say this store is gonna be your go to winner if you get a few quotes and compare. I will buy again from them for certain.

6 months after the installation and we still can’t get lines out of the carpet. Bus won’t return my wife’s texts and we are always told he is not in the store when she calls. They have sent 3 people out to fix this issue but it still continues.
