Whenever I come for an appointment, the radiologists are so pleasant and helpful, but the reception staff seems to not be as efficient and pleasant as the other staff members, so I’m a bit disappointed in that area of the office!

Poor Customer Service. They have no means of tracking their radiologists who "forget" to sign off their reports in timely fashion. Made 7 phone calls to the Center and their medical records but without any help.
It appears that the center is running on " auto pilot" model without any proper procedures for lost / incomplete records in place.

Took my husband for an MRI.The staff was friendly and efficient.He left the clinic feeling confident in the care that he received. And the office was so nice and clean.

Today is 6/27/2024 and I came in for an MRI. The young girl who happens to be sitting at the dest facing the double door entrance was not helpful. I am disabled and not able to stand long and I stood in front of her for a full 5 minutes as she ignored me and proceeded to punch at her keyboard. She is the slender and smallest in stature of the two working this morning. The other young lady was kind enough to check me in even though she was also helping another person. I am leaving this review because I am hoping that other clients with disabilities won't be ignored while standing waiting to be checked in.

I really like this place. The staff is fast and friendly and they made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there.

I had an MRI a couple years ago that wasn't bad but this place is a different level! Great staff, very quick to get me back for both the MRI and the x-rays. They have headphones that will play the genre of music you want and they communicate with you through the headphones during the MRI so you know how long everything is going to take plus they offer you a room temperature or warm blanket. Great experience.

I went in for an ultrasound and was lucky to get Joy as my tech. Not only is Joy extremely knowledgeable, she was above and beyond helpful and kind. I’ll definitely return for any future imaging needs. Thank you so much, Joy!

Had an MRI done here and staff made it a pleasant and easy experience. I liked how I was able to listen to music during the MRI made it easier to relax.

Loved the staff. On point, got me in earlier than my app, very kind and polite. Concerned about my health. Recommend this place to everyone.
