Dr. Tovar and the technicians killed our sweet little rabbit. We brought her in because we thought she might have a cold, but was otherwise healthy. She was mishandled in the X-ray machine, and died of stress. Right there. CPR failed, if it was even done correctly. Don't bring your pets here if you want them to live, our precious baby is gone because of this place, this vet, and the technicians.

I was very happy to be seen on a last minute emergency walk-in visit. Dr Collins was very professional with her treatment and diagnosis. This was much better than one of the emergency only vet clinics.

I have had Abby for over fifteen year. Through a loss of a super dog that didn't wake up after surgery. My dogs have never, been treated better than they have at Abby. I have a great vet that has cried with me, and busted up with laughter, over craziness of a new pup. There's no where else to go ‼

The first time we brought our lab to Abby we were so impressed. Dr Hannen is awesome and you can tell he loves what he does. But if your dog is ill and he needs to be seen good luck! Our lab was panting, pacing and not eating. We immediately called and they said they could see him in a week! OR I could click on a link and request "emergency" service at an extra charge of $100. When your dog is so ill you do what you have to do. Completed online emergency service on Tuesday and didn't get to bring him in until the next day at 4:30 pm. At that point he couldn't walk. He was seen and blood work and IV given. Then we sat in the room for two hours because the vet was going to other rooms. Finally came back and had no diagnosis but gave him an antibiotic injection and sent home with antibiotics and pain pills. Said we needed to do X-rays and ultrasound at $1,000. We just had paid $900 with no clue as to what was wrong. Took him home where he still refused to eat and was very lethargic. Wouldn't take the pills. I call Abby and asked if we could get a liquid antibiotic and was told I had to call back tomorrow because that vet was not working. I asked can't one of the other vets approve she said no and hung up. They are a corporation and money is their priority not the care of pets. Won't be back.

look at first I loved coming here they're the only people that took my puppy and were able to administer vaccines. Twist, a year later (now), I wanted to take my dog to get groomed and I needed papers for the vaccines and mind you I had them but specifically the paper that was being asked for was for rabies. The one they had told me was for rabies was actually for something different and I brought my dog here up until he was about 7 months and they told me I was fine until I needed to come back for the boosters for RABIES and PARVO AT 1 year ... they never frickin gave him a rabies vaccination and in total I dropped almost 300 dollars on vaccines! Anyway I had emailed them to see if maybe they had it on file and I just maybe misplaced the paper somewhere before I started to get a bit worked up but nope. Absolutely ridiculous. So glad nothing has happened to my baby. Also I did email them but I am NOT happy with just the service fees being waived if they gave me false information. I also love my dog didn't care about pricing until now! jeez

I've been going to Abby on and off for years but this time they have my business for life. Our 6month old cat got into something she shouldn't have, which lead to emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction. I took her to another vet prior to Abby and was quoted about $7000. Abby did the job for about $2900. All of the staff were amazing- even being short staffed and Dr.Hannon kept me updated throughout the process and was transparent the entire time. Our kitty is doing amazing and we are so thankful for Abby! Keep up the great work and thank you for saving our little baby.

Been going here for years never going back from the long wait times and Drs just lining there pockets. Was told to remove a cyst type lesion that popped in office then they still wanted same amount to do surgery they said! Tubes surgery and so on. I went online kept area clean cost me zero. And the Female Dr didn't even want to come back into room. Cya!

After the retirement of our longtime vet, our dog's care was taken over by a much larger, multi-vet practice. This was very different from the single vet practice we were accustomed to. We found Abby Pet Hospital as we were seeking a second opinion. Dr Ashley Collins is knowledgeable, and takes a kind yet practical approach to our older dog's care. She thoroughly explained options and took the time to really listen to concerns. The staff at Abby introduced themselves as they entered the exam room and took the time to get helpful documents sent from another veterinarian. Billing was explained prior to tests being performed. While medical news regarding an aging pet is often sad, Dr Collision compassion and care is greatly appreciated.

I brought my sweet boy Angel here about a week ago due to an emergency, the staff was very kind and the price was more affordable than the pet ER I took him the night prior. Sadly we found out he had cancer and that it was too late for any treatment so we decided it was best to put him down. I really appreciate everyone there who helped my mom and I through it, they were all very compassionate and comforted us. Yesterday I received a card with a handwritten note and his paw prints. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness

Absolutely the worst pet care facility in central California. The only "P" they care about is profit. Impossible to make a timely appointment, even then you have to wait hours. They over book, over charge and under perform. They shouldn't call themselves a hospital, more like Emergicare for pets, difference is an actual Emergicare is quicker and cheaper.

This is the BEST pet hospital EVER. I cannot even begin to say how nice the staff is and the care is amazing. I took my dog in to get stitches and as a broke college student they really helped me with the pricing while not sacrificing the care for my dog. The vet talked with me about options and I felt really heard and not pushed to do anything that I didn't want to do. Everyone in there is so sweet and caring and I have never felt negative in there. ANY problem I have with my dogs again will be handled by them! Again, the care: 10/10 the staff: 100/10 the pricing: 10/10! Would and will recommend!

I love this place! I went to emergency because my dog was extremely bloated. After waiting 6 hours they said nothing was wrong. The next day we took her here (Abby) and they were amazing. The wait was a bit long but I was a walk in and they already had patients to see. After quoting me half of what emergency had, they sent her home with some injections and meds. Every tech that I saw was extremely helpful and kind and even said goodbye to my dog. You won't regret coming here.
