We have been renting from A Class RV for years. They are great. Charles helped us out and he was amazing to work with. Took his time and made sure everything on the trailer worked and showed me how to use it. We will definitely rent from them again.

Overall, I had a good experience. They're very responsive on questions and walked me through the process of renting an RV for the first time.
I thought I had gotten most expenses down, but they do charge for external and internal cleaning (it's in their paperwork) if it's not returned clean. Idk how I missed that. ??♀️ I think it was $65 for external and $45 for internal. Not horrible. ?
Also, take pictures! There was a scratch on one side, and I swear it wasn't us, but also I didn't have proof it wasn't us. ?? He ended up being really nice about it and didn't charge us, but that was a lesson for future rentals.
Overall, they did an amazing job with helping us out. I would recommend them and would rent from them again in the future.

Do not use this company. The information on the website for the trailer we rented says it sleeps up to 4 and that the "sofa makes to a double bed". It absolutely does not. It is much smaller than a double bed. We ended up having to have 1 of our 4 people sleep with another family. Having to impose on another family was upsetting and it was an unfortunate experience showing up to see the situation since we were so excited for the trip. The floors of the unit were also very dirty. I don't believe the unit was thoroughly cleaned from previous users. Following the trip I reached out to the company to notify them of our poor experience. The message I got back was that the unit sleeps up to 4 people and that, when you go to the website and pick out the rental, the website shows a layout of the unit, and where the sleeping arrangements are in the unit. The layout of the unit doesn't show a picture of the sofa made into a bed so it's impossible to tell how tiny it is once rolled out.I requested at least a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience, which they didn't honor. They only said they'd take a night off and apply it to our next rental. Problem is, at this point, I would never rent from them again. I also requested they at least update their website to include more detail so people don't expect it can accommodate up to 4 people. Also asked that they include a pic of the sofa made into a bed. They haven't done either.

He had my hot water heater repaired almost before I had the trailer parked. Fast, reasonable priced and professional

I rented a travel trailer for 10 days over Labor Day and paid a nice price for rental plus a hefty deposit. Rental fee + deposit equals more than the trailer is worth. Now it's about 50days later, almost 2months and I'm waiting for my deposit to be returned. Of course I paid by credit card and I've been informed my deposit can only be returned by check and then mailed. So, here I am having to call this place every day and the owner will not return my calls. The person answering the phone says the owner is the only person who can issue+sign my check and he is never there. I'm so disappointed and being charged interest on my credit card.

First time we rented, things went fairly well. I thought it was strange that they insisted I purchase insurance on the trailer, when I had already paid $500 extra for them to deliver, do all hookups and removal. Why would I need additional insurance when clearly I had no desire or intention of moving it. Our campsite was paid for the full week of our rental. It was $125 and I paid it. I was also coaxed into paying for extra propane which we didn't use and had been assured the excess would be credited back if unused but that didn't happen. Lastly, supposedly we broke a screen door latch handle. It had seemed faulty from the getgo but when you do a walk thru I really didn't recall specifically whether the latch was working. I doubted we broke it. We did not have small children with us. My 17 year old daughter that weighs 100 lbs wet, her boyfriend that plays the sax and has eczema on his hands and myself, a 59 year old woman. To keep the peace I paid to have the latch fixed.Second time renting - this is things went really bad. I had paid for my rental reservation in full (because I just like to so I don't forget or miss deadlines). I called the day before just to make sure everything was OK and re-confirm our reserved trailer. Well low and behold I was informed that no, we would not be getting the trailer I had meticulously picked out and paid for - months in advance. Gal told me we were being "upgraded" due to being great customers. The fakeness in her voice was all I needed to know the trailer would be a disappointment. Since it was the day before our trip I just had to lump it. There was no time to search for and secure anything else. I didn't even ask her which one (They have al their stuff on their website). I had too many things left to do and frankly I was almost sorry that I had called, but then again at least I was able to brace myself. I was pretty mad, especially since they never reached out. Had they explained the situation (maybe the one we selected had broken down? ) and offered an apology, it would have easier to accept. Since they did not, I can only surmise that they gave our reserved trailer to someone else and saddled us with something else. Their own contract states that they are to "offer" us options in these situations, but they did not. She lied and tried to sell it to me as an upgrade which was infuriating. Made the best of our trip that we could, but the trailer was definitely smaller and poorly made. I lacked key features that I had specifically wanted. The shower was for midgets, no privacy screens or curtains and the setting was nothing like the one we reserved, made by a completely different manufacturer. When we got back I reached out to same gal and requested a partial refund. Again, their own contract specifies that parties will be reimbursed in this manner if an inferior camper/trailer is substituted. She told me that we could receive a credit towards next years rental. HA ! After this treatment, as if I would ever want to rent from them again. So basically she gave us nothing.

It's over 100 degrees and my black water tank valve on my Dutchman Voltage will not close. There are not a lot of good mobile RV repair companies out there, but I was stuck. They were friendly, professional, and stuck with a tough job until it was right. I wish more businesses took the time and effort to do things right. Thanks Dave for a job well done!

While camped at Shaver Lake, my RV water pump failed. It just so happened that Dave McFarland from "A Class RV" was delivering a rental trailer for some campers in a site near me, and I happened to over hear them discussing RV water pumps (unrelated to my issue). A little bit frantic with my situation, I wormed my way into their conversation and asked Dave if he would look at my pump when he had a few minutes. After familiarizing himself with my setup, he confirmed that the pump would need to be replaced. Although he didn't have a pump on his truck, he was going to be back at Shaver lake the next day to deliver another trailer and offered to bring the pump. This is normally a 2 and half hour billable drive. Dave showed up the next day with the pump and assisted me with the installation and testing. Dave was a consummate pro and provided great customer service!

With out hesitation I would recommend this business for repairs. A roof ac quit working and within 2 business days during covid with many things on back order these guys had new ones in place and ready to go on a 40 ft diesel pusher. The best part I called at 8 am and within 15 mins I had a call back with a quote and time to bring it in. I greatly appreciate this company and would recommend them to all. In addition to the ac I had them repair other items which shows how diligent they work as all of this was done unless the two business days. Thank you guys!

I wish there was an option to not even give a 1 star to this company. This place is so shady and their contracts are just BS. We booked our RV with them, paid the deposit, and signed the contract. Got an email ( not even a call) that other renter has extended the RV and we can't have anything now. So, here we ended up making reservations for camp ground and ended up loosing all that money. Their stupid reply was "we apologize". Don't even bother about the contract...contract says that you are suppose to pay x amount of dollars as deposit but then they charge you double the x amount.. customer service and care is down the drain with company.
