I recently purchased a car from A&M and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team at A&M is incredibly professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, I felt extremely comfortable and well-informed. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I highly recommend A&M to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience.

Be careful! He tried to sell us this truck as a clean title. It was totaled out of state. My husband googled the vin #. What a thief.

They told me that the car I bought had $1800 dollars worth of work done on the pan gasket and a tire sensor. The tire sensor was an after market sensor, and when it started leaking oil from the pan gasket a week later the German auto mechanic told me they had actually put some sealer around the pan, and the tire sensor light was on when I bought the car , and they told me on the way home from Fresno the light would go off. That was March 30 23, it's July and it's still on. Contacting them they told me to read my contract, it says I bought the car used as is. Do not buy a car from this place!!

Purchased a used car from A&M in December 2022 from out of state based on positive reviews. My experience wasn't so great. They are a small dad and son shop, I worked with the son Roger and the deal was made mostly through texts and emails, which was fine. One of the BIG downsides of purchasing from out of state is not being present to do your own inspections and negotiate a deal. There are LOTS of details, sounds and feel you just don't get by not being there, but I liked the fairly difficult to find car so I took a chance. Maybe not the best decision.Photos online ALWAYS look better than in person so there's a lot more trust placed in who you're working with to be honest in assisting with as many details as possible. The dealership uses Auto Check instead of CARFAX, which shows less details. I purchased a CARFAX on my own as there were gaps in the service records I was curious about, which just means some services may not have been reported or completed through a designated shop, like self work or undocumented. CARFAX definitely showed more information and checked out clean. Not sure why they use Auto Check, it's a far more inferior service and not really any better of a deal for the dealership. I should have asked them to furnish a CARFAX.PROBLEMS -- Roger was pleasant enough and friendly and did mention the rear bumper "scuffs" (although they were a bit worse than described and purposely were not shown in their online photos - Red Flag!). UNDISCLOSED DAMAGES: (1) No mention of the fact that all 4 fender flares were severely sun bleached with chipping paint. (2) The drivers and passenger window tint was bubbling and peeling. (3) Torn molding on the upper rear windows where a roof rack was previously installed. (4) Driver side floor mat pegs were torn out of the floor... All of these issues were very obvious on delivery but don't show up in photos. Hate to say, but I feel like he hid these details on purpose! Also no BLIS as advertised, which is a very integrated expensive option. Otherwise the car was in decent shape for being higher mileage and wasn't highly overpriced, so I kept interested. In retrospect compensation should have been adjusted for for these items.PRE-INSPECTION -- I knew it was risky buying sight unseen and anticipated the car would probably need a few repairs. I hired a guy through Rhino Mobile Mechanics (they are essentially a dispatch broker) to do a used car pre-inspection to try and weed out a possible lemon. Unfortunately the pre-inspection by Badasci Mobile Auto Repair missed some very costly issues by not doing an under carriage body inspection. He's probably a fine mechanic, but he didn't even have a punch list to work from or forward as a completed receipt. Not entirely the dealerships fault, but I immediately ended up having to replace a cracked oil pan, CV boots/axles, worn alternator belt, and a severely worn rear motor mount. If I wouldn't have noticed the pooling oil after being parked repairs could have been much worse. My local mechanic let me look under the car on a lift and pointed out all this issues. Should my pre-inspection have called out all the major issues found after delivery I certainly would have passed on the car deal or asked for a much steeper discount. I do have to wonder if the dealership was aware of any of these issues from their auction purchase as some of the wear was quite obvious.I used to work in the car business, and I know these auction cars in this lower price bracket still have at least $1500-$3000+ overhead room to play with regardless of what they claim, this deal should have been a mini, but I was trying to be fair even with having to pay transport costs. I should have been more thorough, hard and expensive lesson learned. To add insult to injury the dealership followed up by offering to help offset some of my losses, but then totally flaked out. I would not buy from here again or recommend this dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience when I bought car with them. Al was very helpful and his Son Roger answered all the questions I had and he was in constant communication throughout the process. I would defi Recommend A&M auto if you are looking to buy a car. They have been in this business from a very long time and their reviews speak for their service.

Google the Vin#. Buyer beware! He has this truck (repaired poorly) for sale as a clean title. Said it was only hit on the side by the rear fender.

I have to admit that I was nervous buying a car sight unseen from a used car dealer, but they ended up exceeding my expectations. This family run store took care of me better than a few super stores I've purchased from in the past. The sales rep took the time to walk me through the vehicle via Facetime, gave me a fair price, and even delivered it to my home at no extra cost. In the end, the car was exactly as described and I'm quite happy with the car as well as the purchase process. I'd recommend this store all day long.

I met Al on August 2021. I learned Al is the owner of this business. He has been in business for 37 years, 30 of those years being at his current location. He has many years experience and knows his stuff.?? I just purchased from him a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle. He gave me a great price to this immaculate car with low mileage. He’s a very honest person. He processed the sale and contract so swiftly, and got me a great interest rate. I highly recommend A & M Auto. He also sells all types of autos. Thankyou Al!!! ??????

We were specifically looking for a GL350 and did an exhaustive search. Roger at A&M Auto was actually the first or second vehicle we called on and was impressed with their family-owned history. It is always important to trust who you work with especially when it is such a significant purchase. I am located in San Diego County so we were 300 miles from A&M. Even though A&M's vehicle was 300 miles away, we felt comfortable working with A&M. Roger setup a remote video conference and earned my respect and business. It was more than worth the trip. I also had the pleasure to meet Roger's father who I enjoyed finalizing everything. If professionalism and honesty is important to you, A&M deserves a chance to help you too.

I was in need of a good car and I had limited funds and time. I needed to replace my car and was told to come here. Best decision I could have made. Al talked to me about the cars, and he knew his entire inventory by memory. He treated me great respect and was super friendly. This small business has a big heart. The paper work was super easy and painless. I will definitely be returning when I need a new car. THANK YOU! K.M.

I wouldn't recommend it here for business. The man came at me very aggressive and rude before we even opened the door to talk business for a car. Wasn't very pleased.
