Won't deliver my package lying that an animal is stopping them but they are still delivering our normal mail and I had the animals in the house as they wizzed past dropping the mail off and bolting before I could try to go ask about the package.Edit: Told I was supposed to request a redelivery when I was given no options other than calling out the mail carrier for not delivering the package on purpose.

Fastest trip I've had shipping something out. Jojie I believe her name was help me get the best rate for shipping a weird sized box. She went above and beyond to help me. If she asks for a raise give it to her well deserved

Absolutely the best USPS I've ever been to, My local Post office is Arc Airport and the people there are horrible. Never answer calls even though they are just sitting around. Back to this post office. Every time you call this post office, they always answer your calls and take the time to see what issues your having with your package or mail. They even told me they would follow up with me after they keep track of my package throughout the day. You couldn't get arc airport to even pick up the phone! Absolutely day and night compared to these 2 offices, but thank god my mail carrier is also great! She's always on time. But highly recommend this post office and so will you!

It use to be the perfect small community post office that you could walk right up to the counter without lines..The employees would know the whole family and know exactly what packages or mail you had, they would go out of the way to get your mail to you. Times have changes as does everything and while the building hasn't changed, the service to get your mail to you has. A country post office gives a clue that you might have houses you'll have to go off road for. These roads have been here over 80 years, some gravel, some dirt. It seems to be up to the driver if they want to deliver to those houses, now. We have seen them down flooded muddy dirt 1000 foot roads, but can or won't drive down a 400 foot hard packed gravel road. If garbage trucks, water delivery trucks, other delivery services can use these same roads, I'm sure your little white trucks can make it. I hate when package are shipped USPS because of its inconsistencies of service. Definitely snail mail for a reason.

This review is not for the post office but for an employee that works there and old lady with jacked up teeth that always questions you when you drop something off like one time she told me the label on my package was created for a certain date and she said I was early to ship it and I told her the label was created by a app that I sell through and she tells me that I shouldn't be sending it till that date I told her I don't control the app she gave me attitude she acts like she owns the place what she needs to do is go get her some new teeth the other postal employees the guy and the girl are great but this old lady with the glasses is trash

If no stars were possible that'd be my rating. People with breathing related conditions expect absolutely no empathy here. Calling someone "drama" for expressing their concerns and waiting until I was already at the counter to say she can't scan my package and give me a receipt for not wearing a mask is completely cowardly, as I had already stood in line for at least 5 minutes. Chris Mondragon the supervisor or manager is a tactless individual and I honestly wouldn't be shocked if there were some passive aggressive reprisal like sending my package late but at this point, damage is done. Biden and his highly discriminatory, unenforceable "laws" will show people like this, these types of things will eventually affect them far beyond strapping a piece of paper or plastic to your face if they continue to "follow the rules"

I usually go to Stockton's post office, but they are 99% of the time rude. I'd rather drive out of Stockton to have polite customer service that informs me of my options properly without passively making decisions for my shipment on their own. Not crowded, and flexible parking!

We absolutely love this Post Office. Everyone who works here is so helpful and most importantly willing to help. Don't bother with the Arch/Airport Post Office they just want to get you in and out. At the French Camp Post Office you are treated like a neighbor. Thank you!
