The cost of print itself was only 25c but they charged $2.50 for computer use, which I thought was a bit pricy. Other than that, great service; plus very convenient for Amazon returns.”

“After reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!”

“I came in for a notary with no appointment and Rikki still took the time to help me. He was supposed to go on his lunch but instead assisted me and the other 20 customers that came walking through the door (and he even took the time to greet them). It’s not often when you see workers truly wanting to help the customers. The store was packed and I know how overwhelming it could get, especially when you’re trying to go on lunch, but he handled it with grace and a smile on his face. I hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise because he is the definition of customer service!”

“Yesterday I went to pick up my nephew from work. I waited awhile in the car and it was hot. I then decided to go into the office. Once I got in there, I told the Security Guard who I was There to pick up, he was very nice. He asked If I wanted water and handed me two bottles of water and directed me to an ice machine and to a place to sit while i waited for my nephew to come out.”

“Big, big shout out to Rene at the Staples Manteca store for helping me with a computer issue. I had been down rabbit hole after rabbit hole trying to get my new computer to speak to my “mature” printer and just kept running into issue after issue without any hope of success. “Actually I was happy due to the fact that I was blessed by landing a position with UPS especially due to the fact that I've been unable to work for over a year after mild stroke and dvt. My Dr finally cleared me for full duty after COVID I collected unemployment during my stroke and dvt with the last year and no more unemployment coming in I've been unable to do my part and help with mortgage, bills etc. When I was finally able to go back to work and UPS hiring me for the holiday season my ss card didn't come in the mail in time to present it to UPS. When I finally received it I couldn't land another position within UPS due to my application still showed as tentatively hired on call with UPS driver helper. But my rating is accurate because I know UPS is worthy of such a rating since I only see myself working for a respectfully rated company such as UPS.”
