I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could!!!!MY EXPERIENCE: My family’s Samsung TV started having power issues and I took it to the first TV repairmen I could find — making the mistake of not researching reviews first — which I will NEVER do again.July 2023 - We gave him our TV in July 2023 and he promised he’d order a part and get it back to us. We called weekly and he’d always say that he still awaiting parts. He NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED UPDATES — EVER!Sept 2023 - I went to his shop in September - he told me that he’d been sick and wasn’t able to work on my TV. How is this my problem? No call, no email, no work done!Nov 25th 2023 - Went to his shop and demanded our tv back. He “spent” the $340 we gave him on a part but now said he needed another $300 for an additional fix. He then blamed me for telling him that he shouldn’t fix my tv back in Sept. This guy is an absolute head case!SUMMARY: This guy has hundreds of broken down televisions all over his shop and it’s a junk-filled mess. He relies on you to trust him, takes your money and then waits you out. Do…not…use…this…complete and utter scumbag. TRUST ME. I lost $340 and time with my family driving to Fremont. Don’t lose your money or time!!!!

The guy is very strange. I got a diagnostic done by him, and after I was told what the problem is and didn't want it fixed, his whole attitude changed. Kept saying I gave him so much trouble, and refused to help me load the TV back into the car, even though he helped me carry it into the shop. Not only that, but my car battery died while I was there and he refused to help me start it as well. Weird guy

Don't come to this shop. He quoted me $350 to fix my Sony. I took it to another shop in Hayward and they fixed it for $50. He has a room that's full of TV's that are just sitting there. Each time I went, he wasn't working on televisions! Then he offered to keep my TV and sell me a Toshiba for $330. This place is a joke and I feel it's a front for something else.

This guy came out to my house, he had to take my Samsung TV with him to repair and get parts, brought it back about a week later. At first it seem to be working well, but within a week my TV starting doing the same thing I had him repair. I called him left message about the same problem TV was having, but this guy Mr. Yong, never would return my call. He rip me off!Bad business for sure, don't waste your time or money calling this guy to repair your TV.

Racist, slow/no response, difficult to communicate. Took our TV to his shop for over a week then told us he can't fix it and tried so hard to sell us his old TV on a high price. It is unbelievable that he said our Samsung TV is not fixable is because it used TCL components which are made in China, and he can't fix it. WTF... What a scam and racist. I don't understand why he is still in business.

Even though he wasn't a fluent English speaker, I could understand what he was trying to say. I was a bit hesitated because of these bad reviews at first, but I had no where to go fix my TV anyway. I went there with huge concerns, but it actually turned out to be the best experience ever. My samsung UN32M4500A had an issue with its display. I explained the problem and he said okay. It took only about 4 days. It could be long for some people, but I was okay with that and also he explained why he had to take 4 days to get it fixed. He had to order the part for the display. He's not that bad guy as the majority reviews described. It was very nice of him since he gave me $20 discount.
