DO NOT ever come to this location, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER come to this location. Uneducated and rude customers, they don’t know what they are doing. Highly unprofessional and un trained. They need to shut down this location ASAP.

All the 1 star reviews you see are true. The customer service is absolute garbage. Everyone has a stick up their butt!! Extremely miserable vibe inside, it felt so dead and sad. No smiles anywhere and everyone working there seemed like they were being forced to talk with customers that need help. I had a younger white guy who just seemed like I was a big bother to him. I didn’t get his name cause I was focused trying to get my issue resolved but I wish I did. Anyways, this lazy employee dragged his feet while walking to me, did an extremely poor introduction to who he is and said “hi what do you need” no name, no “hey how can I help you” nothing. So right there I knew what kind of worker he is. He’s helping me out and he’s just sitting there hunched over with an empty stare at his phone and while we’re working together to get my issue resolved, he failed to explain what these components were that he was giving me. He kept saying, “oh you can just do it at home it takes like 15 minutes just follow the steps” he repeated him 3 times and seemed like he was in a rush to go back on break. Only good thing to come out of this miserable visit was he helped me straighten some things out fast. Whole process probably took 20min. Other than that, customer service is utter garbage and the management needs to be a better job in hiring people that want to work and want to help us customers

Staff here looks rude and baised. They dont talk much also about process and fees. I returned un opened iPhone device box due to duplicate order on my account. They charged me restocking fee $35.

I read the customer service is terrible which is probably why they have kiosks for bill pay now. The kiosk machines work well and fast assuming your not technologically inept.

There hour says that they are open till 7, and the Xfinity representative says that as well but employees stop serving at 6 PM. There were 3 employees inside, but they didn't want to serve. There were 4 customers standing who even tried entering before 6 and they didn't serve them.

If you stop serving at 6pm but close at six, why wouldn't you tell the people outside? 3 employees just sitting around on their phones.

I needed a new line but this store's staff (one male in particular, in his 20s, white, average height, with trimmed hair on the sides) who will do everything to make sure your question is unresolved. He brings down the rating of the whole store. The young lady (I believe she is the manager) was pretty helpful, however, you need to be lucky to get assigned to her when you are in a queue.I ended up getting the process done over phone (yup it was so easy) after this staff was so unhelpful and went to the store AGAIN to pick up my sim, however, it was that male staff again and he turned me down saying he can't give the sim (despite the phone agent telling me to pick it up, when I asked for it).Finally drove to Xfinity Union City, and picked up my new sim at 7:05 despite closing hours! The staff was so understanding and hardly took 2-3 mins to hand me a sim given I didn't want to wait for the shipping.Please do not go to the Fremont store. If you do, and see that you are getting assigned to this particular staff, just turn around and go back. He also has a tendency to complicate stuff and what typically take 5 mins to resolve would end up taking you half a day!

Have been trying to close an account went in, they don’t follow the book, and I have had to deal with Xfinity customer support for the last 6 months now trying to close the account they said they already took care off….

Absolutely avoid this location like a plague!! The worst customer service ever when I visited this Fremont CA Xfinity Store on 3/26/23 to return old modem. The store manager, Selena and retail consultant, Nolan first did not give me a return receipt and when demanded the receipt as proof of return, the manager mentions she will not accept the return.

Came here a year ago to sign up for internet service, told the representative at the time I needed a 12 month plan in case that I move out after a 1 year lease. Just got off the phone with customer service to find out they put me on a 24 month plan and I am forced to pay a early termination fee. Don’t ever come here these guys are misleading information!!!! Second time this happen to me with Comcast I am never getting their service ever again.

Be careful with you’re accepting for a monthly plan. They put voice call on my bill for just a Wi-Fi plan which is useless without a landline, not to mention I didn’t ask for it and they conveniently did not tell me. When I checked the bill, I was being charged 30$ extra per month. I was also told I would get xFi pods for free, whereas that never arrived. I cancelled the plan within 3 months, and never looked back. Please stay away if you value your sanity and money! An elaborate scam in the name of business.

It was a very bad experience !!!!I went there to close my account and a guy told me it was done within two minutes and then the next month I saw that the money had been deducted and I went back again and the same guy told me that I hadn't closed my account and that guy was very irresponsible and I really don't understand why I invite people like that to come in and they don't look like they're working, you know Please don't go there if you have eyes. It's really, really, really bad experience !!!!
