I haven't even been able to go in to the office yet because not a single person answering the phones has a clue whats going on. Everyone gives me conflicting information about appointments, collections, and literally everything. It's absolutely dreadful, they don't even attempt to offer customer service and try to transfer me to a dead line 9/10 times. This is honestly the worst Healthcare facility in the bay area, and there's a lot of bad Healthcare facilities out here.

Always had a good experience here. The staff is courteous and always takes good care of you. Blood draws have been easy and my results come back quick.

Either the doctors there are incompetent or they are purposely making it as painful as possible to get your blood drawn. I was even laughed at when I yelled out in pain.I had my blood drawn and IVs plenty of times before and none of them comes close to what I experienced here. The pain and bruising lasted over a month after coming here.

They are super lazy. Being 2nd on the waiting list my blood test still took over 40mins to complete

There was one person ahead of us and we had to wait at least 30 minutes. We are diabetics and were fasting. This is not good service.

I have been a patient with Washington Medical Township Facility for many years. Recently I went into the lab to have 4 blood tests done. My Dr ordered a SARS Covid IGG Blood test that was “ overlooked” which I was unaware of. I waited over 1 week for the results for that test and finally called the lab . I was connected to a tech who was very sorry about the mistake and told me I would have to return to have my blood drawn as the vials were no longer available. I went back had the blood drawn, got my results, Positive for Antibodies but wanted the Value. I called the lab once again and was connected to another tech who rudely told me that the Dr would have to call to request the Value information and hung up on me as I was in the middle of speaking to her! I have never been treated that way in ALL the years of being a patient at this facility. My Dr’s office was also denied the Value information as well. I do not understand why I am unable to get this information as I have always gotten the Value on all of my other blood tests in the past. I am not going to use this information for anything other than my own records. I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied patient.

called to make an appointment for lab work. exactly what i told reyna. she put me on hold. ten minutes later, another woman asked if i had been helped. she said no appointment necessary for lab work. thanks reyna!!

I’m giving one star because there’s no way to giver 0 or less score. The nurse who did blood draw for my two month old daughter was super unprofessional. I called the outpatient lab and asked them if they could do blood draw for a two month old baby and the answer was yes. It turned out that there were two nurses at the lab, one is new and was not able to do the job and the other one who claimed she could do it was having lunch. So we waited there for half an hour and my baby cried loudly. However while we were waiting, we were just told that PATIENTS WILL BE TAKEN CARE IN ORDER.Finally it’s our turn. The nurse held the baby by lifting her under her arms, which was dangerous for her spine as she is only two month old! And my baby immediately cried loudly because of her wrong holding position.In the end, I was trying to verify the name and date of birth on the blood tube, the nurse told me that it is her job to verify it is correct.When we get home, we found that the wound on my daughter’s foot was larger than one centimeters and could be barely covered by the pad they provided and caused extra bleeding when we get home.The worst thing is we waited for one day to get the test result and the specimen was clotted, which means that we need to do the blood draw again! The reason for this clotted blood sample is ridiculous that the nurse forgot to shake the sample before storing it.If you love your family member or yourself, don’t go to this place.

WHHS is a butcher shop. Do NOT go there.
They will rip you off with 5 to 6 times the charges on your bill.
They have contractors in every department. They tell you that we take your insurance, but that contracting company doesn't and they won't tell you that.
Later you will receive tons of bills with outrageous cost.
You do not have any way of communicating, or reviewing or filling complain with them.

Walked in today for a monthly routine blood test. There were 3 people in front of me. None of them had been checked in yet. I was there 20mins & still no one was checked in. The women at the desks were talking among themselves, laughing & NOT working. The girls from the back would walk up & look for paper work so they could draw blood & there wasnt any in the bin. Finally I got up & told them to get to work we're all waiting. She tried to tell me they're busy. Really, we all could hear their conversations & it wasnt about work. To avoid long unnecessary lines at the lab you need to make sure you position people who are there to work & have compassion for patients.

Very pleasant professional staff. Comfortable waiting room. Enter the building through the left entrance. The laboratory is the first door on the right as you go down the hallway.
