It was one of the best experiences I've had any storage service unit in my life. The manager and office staff was extremely personable and welcoming. They accommodated my needs and adjusted my reservation according to my needs as they went along. I would highly suggest this establishment

Great location, great customer service, new facility. Staff was patient, answered all my questions, and showed me the units. I locked in the promo rate the same day. Clean and high!

Rental increased 9%. Looking for another storage! 2 Star.

I was initially skeptical to book here due to the reviews from earlier years but decided to give it a try. They have a new manager Xavier, who is extremely customer conscious and helfpul. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining all the features, with a tour of the facility, security, etc.
The unit are new and clean. The property is well maintained. Moreover, the management has now hired a very good manager.
I look forward to a long relationship with the company.

The Fremont location, and in particular, Xavier, were remarkably accommodating when we needed storage immediately, and at a reasonable price. Xavier did everything in his power to get us the unit we needed. He worked overtime to make sure we got what we needed, was patient and understanding about our situation, and exhibited the utmost in professionalism and competence. Knowing we were in a tough position, he stayed late, stayed positive and upbeat, and stayed available to personally assure us that we would be able to move into our unit under a time crunch. Xavier turned a frustrating and difficult situation into a positive experience. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE else for your storage needs. Go to see Xavier at the Fremont location.

I had rented this unit for last 3 yrs ... the Price was 1st was very low $50 then jump to $110 more than double... I was out of country... I had very Horrible experience !! I was with them for over 3 yrs !! they are Money sucker !! so be aware before you rent them out !! manager is very rude as well ! To grab your attention they will throw you a deal it's a trap !! the moment you rent them out within 90 days the price will jump to double and if you miss the payment for some reason they just charge you two penalties $35 dollars !!
they don't understand during this crises !! No way to Help !!!
it's just money sucker that's all ! it was my biggest mistake that I have to rent at this location !!
they have the highest insurance charge !! it's just they are asking you to pay for the insurance they are already covered for it ! that too double from market place !!
now I'm at peace !! got the place in which I don't have to worry about new price !! I lock in the price for $250 for all 10 months !! they will not change my price at all !
At last I'm happy !!

I went to few places as well. They told me we always like to help out our long term customer with us. I shared my feedback.
The manager was treating everyone old customer the price raise too double....
Very Cunning nature... How to sell and get the money out of this customer.... I had seen with my own. eyes....
As I said im above to vacate end of the month. He said I need to do it before 5pm if I do after that he will charge me another day.
He can't charge me for another day as the gate is open till 10pm of the late date as well. But he was so rude...
So be careful before you rent with them.... 1st you will get all the nice icecream but when it melts ... You will not like it at all..
Better you rent with other best company out there...

We rented an indoor storage unit at this facility for about a year and had a great experience. We moved into this storage facility from a different storage company in Fremont. We decided to move because our previous unit was a bit dirty and getting expensive. West Coast Storage was more affordable. Every staff member we met was friendly and easy to work with. The storage unit and building were very clean and there were always parking spaces available near the elevator for easy moving. Xavier recently helped us close out our unit as we are moving out of town and no longer need the space. Xavier was very personable and made the closing out process quick and easy. He gave 10/10 customer service.

The entire process was so easy thanks to Xavier, the store manager. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and showed us around making our decision on a unit so easy. The place is very nice, clean and safe. The prices are also hard to beat. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
