The staff member was attentive and put in the effort to ensure that my inquiries were answered and that all the specifics of being a unit holder were explained thoroughly . I was informed about possible introductory rates and specials without asking (always a bonus to have this happen).

I used this storage facility for 10 years and I just recently closed my unit because I got a bigger house with room for storage. I would completely recommend the storage facility-- it's very secure and is monitored all the time. The service is friendly--anytime you need anything they will help you. And unlike other storage places that are not protected this is completely safe! If you need storage this is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable too!

I recently moved into this storage facility and I'm thoroughly impressed! Firstly, the pricing is unbeatable for the quality they offer. The security measures here are top-notch, with individual alarms for each unit, giving me peace of mind about the safety of my belongings.Moreover, the staff is exceptional—extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. Their assistance made my moving experience so much smoother. Overall, I highly recommend this facility for its affordability, excellent security, and the wonderful team that makes it a pleasure to store my items here!

Love this place! Well maintained, safe, good location. The people working there are lovely, great customer service. We have been with them for 3 years and our family has been with them for over 10 years. Never had any issues!

Been renting for 3 months... My family and I been coming to our storage unit about almost everyday and on June 24, 2023, the management in front desk came to me talking about "what are we doing here? Why you coming here hanging out, you can't make it a habit to come everyday, you been here for 3 hours blah blah blah". At the moment, I wasn't in the mood to argue or explain anything to him besides that my wife is cleaning the storage. Dude, the gate hours are 7am-7pm, I pay for my storage every damn month and I have the right to come to my storage every damn day for as long as I want to clean up or pick up my property. We're not bothering no one, we aren't making a mess anywhere. My family and I keep to ourselves. Like what does he think we're doing, that we're just casually hanging out there like it's a club or something. I told my wife the incident and she says he's an idiot and who he think he is. Doe he pays for our storage? Doesn't the gate says "gate access from 7am-7pm"?! It don't say anything in the fine print that I have a time limit in our storage unit or that I can't come everyday. All I gotta say is what an annoying management, who's also an idiot btw. We will be moving our belongings to a different company. And we better not have our storage unit all of a sudden broken into because of this review I'm leaving either. Update 6/29/23 I attached a screenshot of my contract with this storage unit and there's nothing in the contract that says I'm not allow to come to my storage everyday nor does it say how many hours I'm allow to stay in my unit. I suggest whoever wants to rent here that you find some other storage to rent, especially a storage company with longer hours and better management so you don't have to deal with ignorant management like I did. Anyways, I packed all my belongs from unit 827, left it empty as it was when I moved in with no trash and the storage door open so management knows I'm not renting the unit anymore. I decided not to say anything to management because I don't feed attention to ignorant people.
