Super annoying experience. While in the store I used my app to locate items I'm looking for. The app tells you which aisle and if it's in stock. It also gives the price. But guess what??? If the price stated online is lower than the price in the store they WILL NOT price match. Although you're in the store, you'll have to order online with store pickup. I actually would have gone through the extra steps but the only pickup time available was 5pm and I was in the store at 1pm. I didn't want to leave and come back. It's shouldn't be all the red tape...the price should be the price...online or in store!!!

The worst Walmart ever. None of the workers know who has the keys to unlock the locked sections and they NEVER come when you press the button. Always a waste of time and never a quick in and out. All the workers could care less if someone steals here, as I've witnessed a theft once and the workers did nothing about it.

Will not come back here. Spend three days trying to get through to a human being on the phone phone rang for hours and nobody was able to take my call. SOOO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Fuck this place

Be prepared to wait up to an hour maybe more if you need a glass cabinet opened. Called over the speaker twice with no employees coming to help.

Poorly trained staff, lack of knowledge and basic understanding of what to do in the event of a medical emergency. Wasted a hour of my time after I was injured in their store by another customer to even take an incident report. They talked to a witness but did nothing about it. They do not care about the safety of their customers so the only recommendation is to not shop there

Incredibly frustrating process at the customer service center. Hejal and manager Tina were mean and unhelpful. Hejal was complaining helping us because she hadn't taken her break. And the manager absolutely did not want to help and was no where to be found until I had already been there for 2 hours trying to get an issue resolved.

Customer service is very poor. Long lines for return no matter what time or which day you come here. There will just be a single agent on the counter, if there is one, and that agent is also not self sufficient. Every now and then they will need help from a manager or supervisor, who takes forever to come. So, how fast the lines moves, makes me feel even DMV is so much better than this.Curbside pickup is another level. 20 min passed and still no one showed up. Once they did, they had all wrong items packed. I left without taking delivery and they never processed the refund. Now go back to the store again to sort it out!

The pet section at Walmart has a great selection of food and toys for my furry friends. Prices are very competitive compared to other stores.

Jedi, the service manager is awesome ! Amazing service and knowledge about cars. Very patient and spent more than 1hr answering all the wedding related to tires and oil change and filter and parts for Audi q5 2013

2023/011Different Walmart locations has different store plan layout.I wish they will have same floor plan to avoid confusion when you enter it is easier to find certain sections of the store.Came here for a Maybelline eyeliner pencil. No stock of the color i wanted and just settled for a different shade instead!

Ya It was ok and the airvoce was good
