My first experience with Verizon has been absolutely fantastic. Opting for their Home Internet service with a 30-day trial was a great decision as it perfectly fulfilled all my expectations and needs. Gabe was exceptionally helpful, patient, and provided excellent support throughout. I'm now looking forward to returning to Verizon to switch my mobile carrier, anticipating a bundle discount that will further enhance my experience with their services.

Brought our parents in to get new phones and reduce their bills. The Verizon representative working with us, Chance, was rude and said he couldn't help reduce costs. This is after visiting the Verizon store in San Leandro where their representative had a plan that was lower, but unfortunately they had no phones available and sent us to the store in Fremont. We ended up going to AT&T where they reduced their monthly bill by $50.00 and got them set up with new iPhone 14s. Glad we switched carriers.

My beverage shop subscribed to Verizon's network service before opening, with the promise of signal coverage and speeds up to 100mb. However, within the first month, I experienced constant delays in speed, leading to a complete network breakdown one day. Verizon's customer service has been the worst I've encountered in the U.S. – no onsite support, just repetitive advice to unplug and restart the equipment. Despite numerous calls promising a replacement within two days, I received nothing after a week. Subsequent calls provided useless tracking numbers, leaving my issue unresolved. I had to temporarily close my business to switch to a new network provider. A truly terrible experience – I strongly advise anyone considering Verizon to beware, as it feels like consumer fraud!

Verizon Customer service asked me to go to corporate store for technical issue on the Verizon phone, so I drove 15 miles to this location. On arrival I have been asked to wait 40mins-1hr. After ~45min wait the associate told me he couldn't help with the issue. He denied to sync with their own(Verizon) tech team to help the customer. Infact he wasn't wanting to help at all even knowing that I waited almost 30-45mins in-store to get help:((( Terrible customer service and pathetic professionalism ???

I recently went to Verizon to switch providers and get a new phone. I was helped by Julian and he was very enthusiastic and educated me on my options! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable of promotions. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will be returning to him whenever I need help in the future!

We can in to purchase a iPhone 15 Max Pro and they didn't have the one we wanted. Chance helped us through the whole process to have the phone and iPhone watch. Chance is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient. This one of the best experiences we had at a Verizon store. Thank you Richard

We made an appointment with Verizon Christy Fremont after discovering that my elderly mother has been paying $$$ for her AT&T services. We were helped by Paul, who is the best Verizon rep we’ve had a pleasure of working with. He switched my Mom’s cellphone and internet services to Verizon, saving us over $100/month. He is kind, knowledgeable, and made us laugh a few times, making the process actually enjoyable. Paul is a excellent human being and a great asset to Verizon. He deserves raise and a bonus!!!

Today my Sim card failed. I went into Verizon by Pacific Commons in Fremont and was waiting less than one minute to get help. I came early in the morning when they first opened. I was helped by a young gentleman name, Chance, and he was able to replace my Sim card swiftly. Everything was already pre-programmed and worked very quickly. I am thankful for his help. He delivered phenomenal customers customer service and I am glad to have come here. I would recommend this location for all of you, who are looking for an original Verizon provider to take care of your mobile needs. This location is awesome! Good luck and I hope you guys don't have too many phone issues!

Returning from Peru with a hacked phone, and knowing I had to change carriers, I went to this Verizon anchor store, having had good service some years ago. Over a period of 6 hours over 2 days, staff, particularly Chase, kept at the problems phone and my past carrier presented, never giving up, never seeming rushed, always pleasant and interacting with me and everyone around with patience. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever! Andres the manager refused to provide service to me - a customer of 20 years after demanding to see my ID which was different than name on account d/t recent marriage. He was rude, condescending and offered no solutions. I wanted to upgrade my phone but couldn’t. I did not see anyone else asked for an ID.

BEWARE (signing up without consent): When I went into the store they said just because I visited the store I was signed up for something - some sort of security thing that costs $25 a month (this was without my consent). Not only did they not let me cancel it in store, I had to spend 1+ hour on the phone at home afterwards cancelling it. Doesn't seem legal.
