I started banking here in the summer of 2023 and 6 months later I consider them to be my #1 bank. From the excellent customer service to the great products they offer. There is not one thing to complain about. I get the feeling they look out for me and my best interest and go above and beyond to meet my financial needs. It's the kind of bank you form a solid relationship with and feel secure having your money there.As with any bank it has its busy times but at most times I am in and out. I recommend its well worth stopping by and seeing if this is the right bank for you.

VERY slow! No on-site mortgage representative without an appointment. Tellers seem to also perform Banker duties. Line can get ridiculously long. Overall, needs an employee overhaul. Might then, receive better Customer Service.

Avoid mortgage loans! Especially from agents or lenders who do not specifically are located physically at the branch location. Lot of lending officers use this location's address in their cards and its misleading. Terrible closing process and will lead to delays and $$$ in penalties.

Worst branch manager ever, every time I go there he tries to make issue and problems out of nothing. When I go to other US branches the bankers always very good and helpful, unfortunately this branch is close to my home and every time I come to deposit or simple task of getting a cashier check always making issues. Yesterday I visited the branch to get cashier check, since he made me wait more than 40 minutes, I had to drive all the way to Union City location to get help, he is not even bothered to help customer. I have been working in a bank for 6 years and our goal is always to give the best service to our clients, but honestly I never visit this branch again. We need caring and experienced branch managers.

I have been banking with US Bank since 2000 (or even before).This location is staffed with inexperienced tellers and incompetent manager.I went in to try to get a cashier's check and left with nothing after almost half an hour.I will bring this matter to the District Manager.Please do not use this branch.It will waste your valuable time in a day as the expression "time is of the essence."These people do not assimilate the concept of "carpe diem."

Super slow - come on Saturday you will find 20 people in line and they take 10 minutes per person - wait for 2 hours in line and they don’t care - bad bank. Us bank should close this bank down and they could have kept the Milpitas bank open - sad

I've been coming here for years now, Including today. I love the customer service I get at this location.Carol & Maria are friendly familiar faces here, and make you feel like a valued customer.This location always has plenty of tellers, and are very helpful for all your needs.

Horrible location I walk in and don't receive any help, I had to be waiting there for at least thirty minutes. I walked up to the Asian, lady she had attitude and was no help. I had to wait in line whee it took over fifteen minutes just to help a customer. Ridiculous wait time and terrible customer service.

One of the worsted branch ever saw they simply block the account with out even notifying and does not responds any calls i don't know why US bank not taking action regarding this they have to change the staff .problems1. Withdrawing money takes 1hour2. If you with draw more than 5000 they don't give and says cash order , after we did cash order also they take two weeks of time thats also not a confirm3. Worst Bank manager4. And the employer name karishma i thing one of the worst customer service5. I strongly believe Manager is a very much time wasting guy in the branch6.All the staff has to go for a proper training in any chase bank, Bofa, or any other bank because they don't even have civic sense regarding how to behave with customer service7. Very less staff thats the answer they are providing8. Cash withdrawing is 1 hour which is very very irritating to all customers

Hi folks..I wish I had 0 rating to give. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The branch manager is least bothered about customer. He has a lot of attitude. When I told him that his staff did not contact me inspite of several emails and calls, instead of apologizing he told me how I was wrong. Was least interested in helping us to open an account. Would never recommend anyone to open an account with this branch atleast.
