I have yet to experience problems with a UPS delivery that were not resolved with a single phone call.
This particular store has been very cooperative in complicated shipping requests

Didn't allow scanning of passport while other scanning, printing facilities such as FedEx do it without issues.

Most unpleasant experience at a UPS store. Alyn, who works at the front desk told me that the owner has stopped taking liquid form items as returns through Amazon. Even after I showed her that the instructions for return through UPS on Amazon website states ‘no need to box item; UPS will box/package item’, she still remained adamant about the owner stopped accepting these types of items. I went to another UPS store and they took care of the returning process immediately.

Manuel helped me as soon as I came to the store and he helped me troubleshoot my issues with my return! His team, Jennifer and Alyn were also super sweet. Really appreciate a friendly staff like this :-)

The place is open till 6:30. We reached at 4:20 for notary and the guy said he can’t take notary for 4 signatures as he has to leave at 4:30 asking us to come next day. This indeed is a very bad customer service IMO asking 4 of us to come while the store is open for 2 more hours officially.
That person had no intent of customer satisfaction or loyalty to the
Employer. Very poor customer service!!

I have used this UPS location on several occasions over the past 6 months and I feel compelled today to comment on the customer service that I experience on every visit. The sales personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. Outstanding effort from all the staff that needs to be acknowledged!
