Terrible customer service. Charged printing fee for Mercari order when none was needed with prepaid QR code. When the charge was highlighted to them as their mistake, they said next time there would be no charge. They should have refunded, they did not. Staff need better training.

Go here about once a week, Sometimes more returning mainly my Amazon packages. Everyone is very friendly. They always give me a return label. I've been to other stores where I've been rushed and they get annoyed when I want a return label. This ups store is very trustworthy.
